Perfect Weekday Getaway
The staff and by that i mean the team that caters you when arrive...are exceptional. Due to John's condition, we requested a larger room, and got the perfect one. The shower are floor was a bit slippery, type of smooth tiles. Arianne, Arti, Shafiq, Ali....thank you from all of us. Apologies if I left a name out but you're part if the Team We thank.

welcoming and friendly
Whether it's the doorman, the front desk or the breakfast staff, everyone at the hotel is very welcoming and friendly, and there is no discrimination.Make guests feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located with three metro stations nearby. I heard that the bar in the hotel is very good, but due to the itinerary, I didn't have time to try it, which is a bit of a pity.

Kind staff And the bed is comfortable to sleep It's near to the MRT to go to Universal Studio and other good place I will go there again Sad that breakfast is not included in the reservation fee....

Lovely unique hotel. Staff were very helpful and great. Thank you to the amazing ladies Chelm, Riya & Arianne. Will definetly comeback and recommend to others. Also, hotel is about 10mins walk from mrt and bus stop. Staff can also call you taxi.

Good food and poor service
The food and music was amazing but the service was not upto the mark, serious short of manpower. I am a platinum elite member and eligible for a 20% discount on the bill but they refused to accept. Nobody seems to be aware of the Marriott schemes
