We were at this hotel for a very short time, but we loved every minute of it. Excellent view, great facility, kind staff. Special thanks for Sergio and Pedro in the restaurant La Punta who were very kind, thoughtful. Our little daughter loved them they made her laugh every time. We will come back that is for sure.

This is our eighth visit and as usual it didn’t disappoint. It has everything and more! Beautiful setting; many pools to choose from; delicious food and cocktails, and attentive staff. Special mention to Javier and Raquel who were wonderfully kind to my daughter. Also, the manager for arranging seats at the candlelight concert - it was fantastic! The hotel is spacious and relaxing and to a premium standard. The BBQs were excellent, too. Looking forward to our next visit.

I am a big coffee drinker. I was surprised that a hotel that claims 5 star, has no Nespresso machine in the room. Their guest room has no coffee maker. You have a kettle and a packet of Nescafe instant coffee. The front desk has water available for guests but I did not see any coffee available. I was not expecting to drink instant coffee at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast area had Nespresso and espresso machine, which was nice, but the rest of breakfast was quite disappointing. Pastries are obviously not baked at the site, but brought in from outside, and they were not fresh. Sauna area cannot be used, unless you pay.

restaurant "la punta" was a big desappointment, had to wait till 21:30 for entrance and haven't been served our dinner till 22:30, its loud even if the restarant wasn't overbooked...will have to look for alternatives during the remaing days ahead

The breakfast wasn't good at all. Not much to choose from and the "hot" breakfast was warm at best. The hot plate and heat lights didn't keep the food warm, only half the heat lights were on, hot plate wasn't even on. Bacon, sausage, fried eggs, mushrooms etc all cold. I complained every day but nothing changed. Cooked food must be kept above 60 degrees Celsius to prevent bacteria! Pool areas had decking that needs attention, worn and warped which could be a trip hazard, the pool also has numerous missing tiles. Couldn't get any towels until 11:00 either The snack shop sold a salmon and cheese baguette for €17!!! Only one wheelchair in the whole hotel for elderly/disabled guests to use. I've stayed in many 5* hotels and this was not to that standard sadly. I would rate at 3.5* at best.
