This is not a 5 star hotel. Exept from the pool area which was exellent, and the buffe-dinners (if you can get there when they are opening, not 1 hour later then things are gone), and a stunning view, everything else is not worth the money. The area has no options to buy anything, exept stuff from hotel bars and minibar, where we had to pay EURO 4,- for a small box of hotel-branded water... and so on. Entering the hotel, it was extreemly poorly information from the front desk, we had to use a magnifyerglass to find our room from the tiny piece of copy-paper that were handed to us. No information of the bus-scheduals from the hotel to the city or beach (yes it is very far from city-center / beach) We talked to several guest with the same expirience. The background-music was playing almost everywhere and almost all the time, and was for 3 days the same old stuff, like they play in an old-peoples home / retirement home. We tried to mention it to the staff many times, along with other guests. The room wasn't cleaned as i should be; hair from former guest in the bathroom, cigaretbutts on the balcony. We had to walk a very long distance from our room to the dining-area, so if your not good at walking, make sure to book a romm close to the dining-area. The service all over is moore like a 3-star hotel, and way over-priced.

We were at this hotel for a very short time, but we loved every minute of it. Excellent view, great facility, kind staff. Special thanks for Sergio and Pedro in the restaurant La Punta who were very kind, thoughtful. Our little daughter loved them they made her laugh every time. We will come back that is for sure.

This is our eighth visit and as usual it didn’t disappoint. It has everything and more! Beautiful setting; many pools to choose from; delicious food and cocktails, and attentive staff. Special mention to Javier and Raquel who were wonderfully kind to my daughter. Also, the manager for arranging seats at the candlelight concert - it was fantastic! The hotel is spacious and relaxing and to a premium standard. The BBQs were excellent, too. Looking forward to our next visit.

I am a big coffee drinker. I was surprised that a hotel that claims 5 star, has no Nespresso machine in the room. Their guest room has no coffee maker. You have a kettle and a packet of Nescafe instant coffee. The front desk has water available for guests but I did not see any coffee available. I was not expecting to drink instant coffee at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast area had Nespresso and espresso machine, which was nice, but the rest of breakfast was quite disappointing. Pastries are obviously not baked at the site, but brought in from outside, and they were not fresh. Sauna area cannot be used, unless you pay.

restaurant "la punta" was a big desappointment, had to wait till 21:30 for entrance and haven't been served our dinner till 22:30, its loud even if the restarant wasn't overbooked...will have to look for alternatives during the remaing days ahead
