Top of the Village Condominiums

Lower Leaf 303 is a terrible unit & NOTHING Gold about it. I'd hate to see what the Silver category looks like. They have changed the categories since we booked the 2BR "DELUXE" & we unfortunately got assigned a terrible unit with nothing DELUXE about it.

Excellent location. The shuttle service is extremely efficient. The staff was very helpful. Our unit was clean and served our needs. However, it could use a little TLC. Shower doors didn't slide very well, carpet in the bathroom (yuck) needs to be replaced, and it could use an update on several mattresses.

We were upgraded to a nicely decorated 3 bedroom unit (I had booked a two bedroom Platinum condos). It was on the third floor in the Slope building (there are 4 buildings along the Dawdler ski run) and we had a great view of the ski hill. It was true ski in and ski out. We could take the elevator down to the ground level with our skis and walk a short path to the slope and put on our skis. The unit also came with parking though we decided not to rent a car because the condo has its own shuttle service with its own app for requesting rides. Very handy. And the village itself has its own shuttle service which we never used - plus there is a RFTA public bus service as well. Back to the condo unit. It had a small ski closet just outside of the door to the condo where we could store our skis. It fit 3 sets of skis and poles easily. Might be able to fit 4 sets. Not sure what you’d do if you had a snowboard or more people staying in there as it could have slept 6 people. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Had enough pots/pans, knives, etc that I could make some simple meals. Comes with salt and pepper only. Came with two small packets of coffee and a couple of tea bags which don’t get replenished. Cleaning happens every other day which was fine with me. Bathrooms came with large body wash, shampoo and crème rinse and body lotion so you don’t have to bring your own. We never made it to the pool or hot tubs but I imagine you can bring a towel from the unit or maybe they had towels down there. Overall we were very happy with the unit we had (which was an updated one). Would definitely recommend if you want ski in and ski out and lots of space. It isn’t close to the mall or base village but I would not say that the village has that much that you want to be staying right near it. The shuttles make it easy to get to what you need.

Went with family, 5 adults & 2 toddlers. They had a pack & play for the 1 yr old and a high chair we could use. The shuttle service was invaluable with 2 toddlers. Were there whenever we needed them. Stayed in a 3BR 3Bath and had everything we needed, plus ski in/out.

We thank you for providing pack and play for our grandbaby. We supplied a more comfortable mattress, that we left behind, hoping next baby could also have a more comfortable experience. (not even sure if permissible), but we knew the minimal foam ones, for newborns, would not be very comfortable for our chunky 7 month old. Not having to lug one from home was most helpful. Thanks again. We'll be back!
