EVERYTHING was perfection! The room was spacious for three friends, and we were greeted with bubbles and chocolate for our combined birthday celebration. All three of us enjoyed spa activities, the Watsu (water based massage) is not to be missed! Laura was amazing. Even with an overcast day in January, the mineral pools were the perfect temperature, the spa staff was so engaged, and having Gerard place a warm blanket on you while you are dozing pool side is sheer heaven! We will back, again and again!

The main lobby of the hotel was nice but when I went in to ask about getting a bite at the restaurant and about parking they weren’t very friendly. The restaurant had people seated but no waitstaff showed up for fifteen minutes…even the diners were up looking around for help. The spa itself is lovely. I did not realize it was coed and swimsuits were required, but they have a nice selection at the boutique. The spa itself is lovely and I love the hot mineral pools and saunas and aromatherapy room. Very clean. The place is pretty echoey so the main relaxation room was loud with chatter that could be heard in the quiet areas as well. The aestheticians were lovely and their product lines are high end. Overall it’s a beautiful place but I think overpriced for what I received. It’s one of the better spas in Sonoma/Napa but at this price point I expected better.

Another great stay at this property while attending a conference. The hotel is a historic landmark, located in the wine country, that is well maintained and supported by a dedicated staff. The hotel is also very close to the downtown Sonoma area where there are some great restaurant options.

I had an excellent time at Sonoma Mission Inn. As always, the service was great and the food was delicious. The highlight the spa with an amazing manicure/pedicure with Rodolfo. His foot massage and fabulous personality were just the best!

From our first greeting outside the hotel to our departure we met some wonderful employees of the Sonoma Mission Inn. All were friendly and helpful...exceptional.

The grounds were beautiful; the roaring fires in the fire pit and the lobby fireplace were welcome on a chilly autumn night. The valet parkers were very friendly and quick! They were the staff that consistently called us by name.
