Stonefield VillaResort’s idyllic location has hosted centuries of visitors – the island’s earliest-known inhabitants, the Arawaks, left a postcard from 350 A.D. in the form of a petroglyph tablet that can still be seen on the resort’s verdant grounds. Stonefield’s 26 acres were also once a cocoa plantation, and today they yield mangoes, breadfruit and other delicacies that supply the onsite organic restaurant. Airy villas are outfitted in indigenous wood and stone, and guests are more likely to encounter a friendly parrot than another guest. Adventure-seekers will find plenty to do, from rainforest hikes and waterfall excursions to coral reef dives in the balmy Caribbean Sea.

Excellent service ,food and view .The views from the resort are truly unmatched, and the beautifully maintained grounds made for lovely walks to the Mango Tree. During our stay, we even had the pleasure of witnessing two weddings, adding to the charm of the setting.

Beautiful estate. Absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are nice. The rooms are a little warm. The beds were nice but nit too comfortable. The food is above average with an occasional exceptional meal. I would not book any excursions through the resort. You will get a better deal and better quality booking on your own. Overall we are pretty happy with our stay. We would go back again, but we would change a few things. The value for the quality of facility and the views is worth it alone. This place could easily rival jade mountain with a few tweaks.

This villa, set apart from the rest of the resort, offers breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. Although it’s a short but steep uphill walk (7-10 min - much easier to walk down though), a shuttle service is available from both the reception and the Mango Tree restaurant, making the journey effortless. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, but if you prefer a modern or luxurious style, the colonial interior feels a bit dated. The beds, however, were extremely comfortable with high-quality linens. While the villa was clean and tidy, it’s worth noting that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, leaving the common areas a bit warmer. Some of the bathrooms were nicer than the others as we noticed that the showers had occasional fluctuations in water supply and temperature. One of the bedrooms is detached from the main villa and requires a separate set of keys, and both the room and access to the room could benefit from some attention. Since we were a group of 10, this caused an inconvenience, but the management team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to address the situation. They promptly set up comfortable cots in the two master bedrooms, ensuring that we were all accommodated without any discomfort. Their willingness to assist made us feel valued and well taken care of. The views from the resort are truly unmatched, and the beautifully maintained grounds made for lovely walks to the Mango Tree. During our stay, we even had the pleasure of witnessing two weddings, adding to the charm of the setting. As for the food—everything is fresh, locally grown—true farm-to-table, and made to order. Despite being vegetarians, we had a variety of delicious options from their rotating menu. Having visited many Caribbean islands, we can confidently say that the quality and taste of the food here stand out. The homemade yogurt and jams made from seasonal fruits and vegetables were a delightful treat, and even the bread tasted freshly baked. A heartfelt shoutout to Bernie, the resort manager, as well as the incredible team who made our stay memorable—Odum and Janney, who took excellent care of us at Mango Tree, Katrina, the housekeeping manager, Stuart from maintenance, and the ever-reliable shuttle driver. Their exceptional service and attention to our requests, accommodating a group of 10 women on a getaway, truly made our experience unforgettable!

Our villa called jasmine having both piton and ocean views was a dream. It’s truly very romantic and the most special way to spend my birthday with my boyfriend. I love how when we got to the resort, we were greeted with fresh juice and cool towels upon entry. The food at the mango tree was so fresh and local. You could really taste how homemade everything was. I was more than pleased with everything we consumed from food to drink. The air is clean and views just incredible. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It’s super close to sugar beach which is the best beach in the area by far. I’m very happy with our villa room, stunning and good AC in the bedroom area. Our mini plunge pool was super deep and pretty big for a plunge pool. Akela was our favorite manger at StoneField. She has the sweetest smile and best energy. She’s the type of person you hope to have greet you and have around during a vacation. She was so positive and radiant every time we had any interaction. We will definitely be recommending this stay to our friends and family and hope to come back ourselves!!

If you are debating which hotel to stay at on St. Lucia then I would tell you that Stonefield Villa Resort will exceed all of your expectations. Every part of my vacation was 10/10. I will recommend here to anyone who asks. We stayed at the Jasmine Villa and the view was breathtaking.
