The Landing Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa

Oh my goodness. My husband passed away in February 1924 and I needed to get away since my house is up for sale and I sold the technology business and I brought my dog Elvis. I had stayed at another hotel for a couple of nights I lived in Tahoe for about five years. I was commuting back-and-forth from Tahoe to Auburn and Roseville in the medical field. I was an administrator and a director of sales and marketing. I had never stayed at the landing, but I heard about it. I just wanted to treat myself and my dog Elvis it was right across the street from the lake. They gave Elvis a doggy bag with treats and a toy and he just loved it. I always bring his fur blanket to sleep on. I ask them for a balcony that overlook the lake. She said oh we only have a balcony that is partial and it’s an upgrade and I said that’s OK but they went ahead and gave that to me free. It was amazing. The toilet seats are heated, the floors are heated, I took a Spa bubble bath at night. Everything smelled so good that a little Fireplace. I felt like I was in heaven I don’t care what it cost you. These kind of experiences with this kind of resort is amazing. I have a 89 year-old friend who lives in Tahoe has Macular degeneration and I treated her to Jimmy’s restaurant. They were amazing. They made sure the shades were down so the sun was not in our eyes. You can even bring your dog to eat. They have a doggy menu. I cannot say enough about this place if I ever move back to Tahoe, I’m going to work there. I don’t care what it cost for you to treat yourself to such an experience, but you’ve got to do it.

The views from the Lakeview rooms are breathtaking! We had the Premier King Room w/ Lakeview and it was probably one of thee most relaxing and peaceful getaways I’ve had. Photos do not do it justice! 10/10, highly recommended! You will not regret splurging a bit and getting a room with this Lakeview!

My wife and I had a great 4 days here. Didn't really know what to expect but everything was great - the room, the restaurant, the staff. Everyone was very nice and made our vacation very easy. Great location for skiing at Heavenly, as well as hiking and biking.

Everything about the Landing resort was amazing. 1st, I would like to thank the amazing staff for going above and beyond, they really made my anniversary special. Everybody on the team there at the Landing resort put in the extra effort. The restaurant there at the Landing resort was top notch! Everything that I got at the restaurant was amazing. The room I stayed in was beautiful! Everything in the room was clean and fresh!! Overall the stay was perfect!

Had such a great time at The Landing! We tried the spa and Jimmys restaurant and were pleased with both. Exceptional staff members include: Christina (spa), Alex (spa), Mel (front desk), and Charles (front desk). We loved the tub with jets in our premier king room.
