So, if I were to rate the hotel based on the comfort, style and location I would have given it a 4. If I were to rate on service and facilities it would be a 3. The only thing missing was a on location shop to buy any essentials and also after 11:30 there is nowhere to have a drink or to even get room service which was a surprise. So if you arrive late or fancy having a drink after a night out that’s not happening here. Also there isn’t really much within a walking distance either. However the reason for the very poor overall score was due to safety. Whilst staying here for business, an over night staff member was very inappropriate with a female colleague of mine and she felt very threatened whilst in her room alone. This was reported to the hotel manager who took immediate and very decisive action and was very supportive. However I am worried that the hotel was able to employ a staff member with this behaviour and whether the appropriate background checks take place. It’s a shame this happened as the hotel was very nice to stay at.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were super nice—comfortable, modern, and a pleasure to come back to each night. The on-site restaurants were fantastic, with a wide range of options to suit any taste. The breakfast buffet was especially great, with tons of delicious choices to start the day right. Definitely a must! The beach club was a highlight—beautiful, lively, and a great place to relax or have some fun. The drinks were a bit pricey, but we still had an amazing time. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. It’s super close and convenient to the old town, making it easy to explore and come back to the hotel as needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing stay

Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm (23c) and many cheesed off guests! Shows to me they dont care about the customer, its all about corporate policy!!! I'd like to point out that we were on the loungers by the outdoor pool whilst staff cleared the area. We felt very unwanted as a customer and this is a total disgrace!!! Yes the hotel is nice, breakfast very good, lovely spa etc but this caused a real problem for us! We chose this location and hotel at the last minute based on the weather ahead and the fact we love Croatia. In my view THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Aside from that our room wasnt cleaned for 2 days and they told us to use the spa instead of the outdoor pool and beach. I didnt fly all the way there to use a spa plus also put alot more pressure on the spa. It became very busy!!!

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Diocletian's Palace, so taxi or Uber necessary. This was in Oct ... It would be longer in the summer season. The hotel is large, but good. It's location is a bit off, some views include construction sites and abandoned buildings. But some views are good. Restaurants, two pools, and desk staff great. The bartenders in the Door Bar were friendly and my waiter in the Caper Grill was great. Would stay here again.
