Beautiful stay at the Chase
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful stately rooms! A very elevated experience all around with many accommodations for your stay. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk ladies, Alison and Anne, who made us feel so welcomed! The customer service across the entire staff made us feel welcomed as we celebrated my birthday weekend.

Relaxing Overnight Stay
It was a treat to stay at The Chase Park Plaza recently! The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays, and our suite was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Stay in Elegance
If you ever have the opportunity to spend a day or two at the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza hotel in St Louis treat yourself. The beautiful and stately grand building takes you back to the elegance that used to accompany traveling. The restaurants there are varied with good food and if you are entertaining a group, the catering and event planning members are top notch. Our family of 44 could not have had more attention paid to their interests and wants. The staff, from every department, were obliging and enthusiastic.

2024 Christmas Family Reunion
Our family had a long overdue reunion at The Chase Park Plaza. All accommodations, food, dinner/meeting room was perfectly set-up. Thank you very much for the wonderful staffing choices, beautifully decorated hallways/rooms. Excellent place to be.

Excellent experience
Very elegant hotel in St Louis. I have stayed here over probably 6 times over the years for business. The service is excellent. I have never been disappointed. The room was very nice and very clean. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to St. Louis in Feb 2025
