Our Valentine's weekend stay at the Royal Sonesta in St. Louis was superb. Pablo at the front desk treated us royally and got us a sweet upgrade. Concierge Pamela was a helpful delight and felt like an old friend through our whole stay. We will be back, for sure.

Amazing property - incredible service - magical experience
I can't say enough about this fabulous historic gem. The Chase Park Plaza provided us with an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted by Alison upon check in. She asked if we were in town for a special occasion, I stated that we came in for our wedding anniversary. The manager, Pamela, immediately went over and began talking to my wife about the surrounding area, dining suggestions, etc. They upgraded our room to a suite. Pamela was SO knowledgeable about the hotel and history, she clearly had a love of the property and it made us excited too. We headed to our room, which she had described perfectly. It was a clean and classic room, and had a great view of the outdoor area at the rear of the property. Within 5 minutes of arriving in our room, Pamela personally brought up sweet treats and a precious note. We can't say enough about Alison and Pamela and the service we received. This was our first stay at Chase Park Plaza, but it will not be our last. The personal service and attention to detail left us both feeling like we were friends and not just patrons...

Restored and refreshed
Room was comfortable large and clean with all the special amenities and water. Shantell Borden clearly works with a great level of pride in her work. I bet Col. 3:23 is one of her favorite scriptures. I appreciate her hard work and the attention to detail the hotel staff has at this one of a kind property! Looking forward to my next overnight.

A Day to Remember
Brenda, "Miss B," made my wife's birthday breakfast a day to remember. After staying in the executive apartments for three months it was time to leave. One last meal at the hotel, but Brenda went out of her way to make it a day to remember. Her service ensured we will be back.

Beautiful stay at the Chase
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful stately rooms! A very elevated experience all around with many accommodations for your stay. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk ladies, Alison and Anne, who made us feel so welcomed! The customer service across the entire staff made us feel welcomed as we celebrated my birthday weekend.
