The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis

Hi My name is Rich W. I booked a room with Royal Sonesta Chase to visit family. I arrived late for check-in and was a little worried about my room. Well long story short Alison offered me an upgrade to a Suite (with option for a view or size) upon check-in. I went with the size, Brian informed us that the TV's were being upgraded and suggested rm 843. Alison informed that this was a lovely room. She was correct, it was phenomenal. Alison also gave me a voucher for the lovely restaurant. I will continue to stay every time I visit my St.Louis. The hotel and staff are just Fabulous.

Beautiful spot for our overnight staycation in StL. Hotel concierge Pamala Nangle was fantastic. She made sure we got a gorgeous room upgrade and helped us with numerous other things during our stay. We will definitely be back once the weather warms up to sit poolside with a cocktail.

During my family's 4 day stay at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza I observed a couple of things from the staff that really elevated the quality of my experience. 1. Katiuska was the housekeeper working our floor all four days we were there. It didn't take long to see that she really cares about the work she does, as every time I saw her she was actively engaged in working hard & doing it with a smile on her face. Our room always looked great & exceeded my already high expectations. 2. Early in the stay we observed an interaction between two staff members that was unkind. The situation did not involve us or any other guest, but I felt it was necessary to share my observations with hotel management. Minor issues will happen from time to time & I am so appreciative of the response I received from Caitlyn. The way she addressed things with me is what I would expect as a guest in such a nice hotel, but it was the empathy she showed for the impacted staff member & their experience. The manner in which Caitlyn continued to provide me with updates for the duration of my stay really impressed me. The Royal Sonesta is a beautiful facility but it is the attitude & effort of the staff that really makes it a place I would want to stay at again!

The is a beautiful hotel, plenty of restaurants located inside and all with delicious food and service. The concierge, Pam Nangle is the best. She goes above and beyond to help all the guests. Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to just about everything, churches, restaurants, coffee shops, everything and a wonderful area to walk around. We stay there every year.

We stayed in the suites at your hotel for the ballroom dance competition that my daughter enters every year. Our stay was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate your concierge, Pamela Nangle, as she helped up find activities around the city that would be different and interesting. She remembered us from the previous year...then she helped with surprising me with birthday celebrations in the room and hotel. It was very much appreciated. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return again next year! Thank you!
