Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff!
Where to even begin! The entry is stunning, the front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel, including Caren, Harold and Pam were exceptional. I was here for an event and getting things to my room and to the ballroom was seemless because the bellman went out of his way to assist me. Anytime I needed anything, they were ready and willing to help. The room I stayed in was beautiful and I felt like I had my own little apartment. I really hope I get the chance to stay here again. Just fantastic!!

Convenient, very nice hotel - I would return
Lovely hotel in a great location in St. Louis. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom, great hotel bar and restaurants. The air conditioner was loud, so I didn't rate it a 5 but I would stay there again. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Overprice and Overrated
Probably the most overrated and overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel lives on the Chase Park Plaza history that is it. Definitely not worth the money. $50 to valet or $40 to self park. No bellhop, valet had to be called to park my vehicle in the morning.

The Chase consistently takes great care
I have stayed with the the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza over a dzone times in the past 18 months, and have been amazed with the absolute professionalism and excellent customer service provided every single time. From the atmosphere, the service and the dining options, it is all best in class. Management is extremely approachable and has never failed to help make arrangements for group bookings even on short notice. The restaurants and bars are classy classy and have excellent offerings. All the staff are excellent and in particular Alice and the morning hostess at the Preston has consistently taken great care of us. I will continue to strive to stay here every opportunity I get!

WONDERFUL as always!
Whenever we visit our son in St Louis we always stay at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel including his wedding last year and we had all our out of town guests stay there as well. They LOVED it too! It's our home away from home. Beautiful rooms, very clean,wonderful pool and fitness center and easy quick walk into the Central West End for delightful restaurants and shops. Conveniently located right across the street from beautiful Forest Park! BEST of all is the service EACH and EVERY time we've gone !Lyn Yost the reservation manager is fabulous she provides EXCELLENT customer service and kindness! Anne at the front desk makes you feel like family as does Brenda the hostess at the restaurant. We LOVE it there and wouldn't stay anywhere else!
