Great Location and Service, But Lacking a Personal Touch
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the old town. The premises are well-maintained, and the overall customer care is good. However, while the service was satisfactory, it didn’t quite reach the exceptional and personalized level expected from a five-star hotel. A bit more attention to detail would elevate the experience. Overall, a solid choice, but there’s room for improvement.

Bad client customer service
We wanted to go to the restaurant for dinner, but even if it was less than half empty, nobody came to give us a seat for more than 5 minutes. When we complained at the reception, they asked us to fill out a form on their website. So here, when the client has a complaint, he can just do some paperwork.

Magical stay
Our family stayed for one night to celebrate new year's eve in the city center. The entire team helped us arrange a last minute proposal for my syster in law during the afternoon. Everything was magical and we had a great time together as a family.

Great hotel in the centre of Stockholm
Great hotel, right in the centre of Stockholm close to many attractions and transport links. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and clean. Only negative I would say is my room needed a few more storage spaces in the bathroom as the shelf was behind the toilet instead of the sink but apart from that it was a lovely room with a fantastic view, Will definitely be back,

Perfect stay
Lovely hotel by the water. Perfect location. Very good bed, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Restaurant should offer more typical swedish cuisine.
