Ajwa Sultanahmet has become an essential part of our Istanbul experience. Having stayed multiple times with my friends , we are always welcomed with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s attention to detail, stunning Ottoman-inspired decor, and outstanding service make each visit memorable. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the atmosphere exudes luxury and tranquility. We absolutely love it here and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Istanbul!

AJWA Sultanahmet Hotel Is perfect place in the district. We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very helpful and kind. Easy going communication, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathrobe, modern equipment and set up in general. We only missed some daylight, due to room orientation. However, some ppl would like it since it is very quiet side.

This is a gorgeous hotel with highly attentive staff and wonderful amenities. (The hammam is not to be missed.) We had one issue that the hotel addressed with great courtesy and professionalism. Cannot recommend it more! They even have a pillow menu. If you are interested in touring historic Istanbul, this is your place.

I want to thank the Management and every single person I encountered during my stay from 10/2/2025 to 13/2/2025. Halima and Mari keep on doing a great job, Ibrahim and Junaid took special care of mom (catering). Wheelchair accessibility during her stay was most appreciated. She will treasure the little momentos handed to her. Furthermore my experience was personalised by kind cordial and warm staff which made our entire stay memorable. We will be sure to stay at the same hotel should we decide to visit Istanbul again

This is by far the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in. we spent over one week there during our first visit to Istanbul and were genuinely impressed by the high quality and the comfort of the rooms. Guests had the free use gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The professional conduct of staff was clearly present. They were always courteous and did not hesitate to offer a helping hand if needed. The buffet breakfast offered was extensive and I would recommend opting for this when making a booking. The sea view from the dining room was a delight. All the major attractions / sights are nearby.
