Fabulous..a warm friendly welcome. Quick and easy check in and out Lovely roomy clean room. All staff bar, restaurant and cleaners all super friendly and nothing was a problem. What a impressive team. A very delicious breakfast, excellent coffee This accommodation ticks all.the boxes.

Great location - and nice sized rooms. A special thanks to Jade at check-in who greated us with a warm smile, provided a list of local recommendations, and was kindly able to facilitate an early check-in. Ideal location for those visiting the city for the first time.

This hotel has horrible beds where I could feel every movement my wife made. It is not a “stable” bed—the term that is used for this. It’s a pity because, in most every other way, the hotel was wonderful. Huge, high ceilinged room and all sorts of cool remnants of the dock building in the room and public spaces. But what are they thinking with the illuminated minibar that provides quite a nightlight, whether you want it or not. And, speaking of illumination, the bathroom is totally dim. This a hotel that is too focused on being cool and not focused enough on being comfortable.

Wonderful location, fantastic staff. Loved the room and had fun in the gorgeous pool. So close to many excellent restaurants. Beautiful building with great views. Enjoyed a sweet treat from the lolly bar. We found the complimentary laundry very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Well it’s 1am and the hotel has drug and alcohol affected patrons running around. It’s more dangerous in the hotel than outside!!! The noise is immense. Multiple complaints made. Complete kaos. Actually was more worried for my safety than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Years of travel, multiple countries, never experienced anything so close to a drunk exit from a large pup. So bad you consider just calling the police from your room rather than a walk to reception for an attempt at a deescalating civil chat with the night manager. The arguments, screaming and yelling between people was breathtaking. Wish our family luck that we get through a night with some sleep, actually I’m Not worried about sleep we just want to be safe.. I feel for the night manager. Gorgeous place. But really terrible experience. For over 1200 for one night for two rooms….. yeah would have been Better off booking the last flight to home. .
