Good location, helpful staff, comfortable room!

Stayed at a loft room over a busy summer weekend. The room felt pretty spacious, the windows a little warm 'upstairs' but to be expected for a loft. Well set out and comfortable. I can't say I really liked the colour scheme but no complaints. Indoor pool is great, with good opening hours (a little earlier and later) very convenient. Breakfast no complaints either. Not a cheap stay but enjoyable nevertheless.

Neat Heritage Building Valet Parking Expensive

Overall we chose this place for the view of the navy vessels however location was not convenient for public transportation. Staff were welcoming & nothing was to much trouble. The building was pretty neat being a heritage building, rooms were spacious & beds comfortable & the indoor pool facilities were really good for this reason we would stay again. Only negative would be the price of valet parking & it being the only option $95 a day is a tad excessive

Amazing place for your stay in Sydney: the location is great, as it located on the water, with many bus stops nearby and a 10 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens. The room was spacious and clean; the bathroom was a bit small but functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us some Sydney recommendations. There is also a candy cart next to the reception which we loved! Excellent stay, highly recommended.

4 Star hotel at 5 Star price, dodgy go elsewhere

I booked direct through their website due to having status, paying way more than I would have on Expedia/Agoda, and they still tried to tell me I booked through a third party, noted all rooms were full and cannot be upgraded when there was plenty rooms available Expedia for half the price on the night of my stay.. Then they slapped me with a bunch of minibar charges for stuff I didn't touch, even though I thought the minibar was free. The breakfast was a total letdown for a 5 star hotel - barely any options. The bathroom was dirty with a clogged sink, weak shower...not exactly what you expect for the price. This place was a total fail. Go elsewhere such as Sofitel Darling Harbour, Shangri La Intercontinental, even the new hotel W Sydney are all better in every aspect and usually available at a similar price.

Fabulous..a warm friendly welcome. Quick and easy check in and out Lovely roomy clean room. All staff bar, restaurant and cleaners all super friendly and nothing was a problem. What a impressive team. A very delicious breakfast, excellent coffee This accommodation ticks all.the boxes.
