This is a modern luxury hotel with clean well equipped rooms that tries hard to provide excellent service. However, we had one major and a few minor problems for our one night stay. The checkin line was possibly the worst I've ever seen, maybe 50 people ahead of us at our 11am arrival. The checkin counters were fully manned, and a couple staff circulated apologizing for the wait and handing out free water bottles or soft drinks. They routinely get cruise ship arrivals, so there may not have been any way to avoid the occasional long wait. After 40 minutes, we reached the counter and were told our room would be ready before 3pm and that we would receive a text. We checked our bags and were told they would be taken to the room when ready. Didn't get the text until 530pm, but at 245 I asked and the room was ready. Unfortunately, the room had someone else's bags. They were apologetic and found our bags within 30 minutes, removing the other bags and hopefully returning them to the correct room. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Opera House, but one more problem-the shower door didn't close well, so both our showers led to water on the bathroom floor. (room 1818 if I remember correctly) For the price, they need to do a bit better.

We stayed here for four days, mainly because of the reviews and the location near The Rocks neighborhood, as well as the fact that the central Circular Quay is just around the corner on foot. The Opera House and Harbour Bridge are also very close, with walking distances of five and ten minutes, respectively. The setting is typical of the Four Seasons standard. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, even proactively so. The room was cozily furnished, spacious, and very clean. The view from the upper floors toward the Harbour Bridge was fantastic. We didn’t try the breakfast or the restaurants, as there are so many great options just around the corner from the hotel, such as those in the direction of The Rocks. As we came during winter time, no need for air condition, so can't say something about it. Another nice feature: Tour operators, such as those offering trips to the Blue Mountains, stop in the morning at the Four Seasons' rear entrance. This was convenient, especially since some tours start very early, saving us from long walks. Booking here is a safe choice. If we return to Sydney, we would happily stay at the Four Seasons again.

The Four Seasons did not disappoint! Fast and accurate check in and check out, upgraded to Opera House view, complimentary chocolates on arrival, room service fast and portions huge, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, lifts super fast and plenty of them, lightrail stops and The Rocks close by. I'm coming back, thanks for a perfect experience!

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have enjoyed the experience on every occasions. The Hotel is located in the perfect position to visit the Rocks the highlights of shopping in the CBD and connections to various highlights across the harbour. We have made many friends among the employees of the hotel and was great to catch up with during our recent stay. A significant highlight during our visit was access the lounge on level 32. It is a 5 star experience, the quality of the food, beverages and engagement with the lounge team was exceptional.

5 nights in the “Four Seasons Full Harbour Club Suite”, the name says it all, full harbour views from the Harbour Bridge to the Opera House, the views were spectacular. The suite 2109 was spacious, with superb housekeeping. The Club Lounge service, Floor 32, was exceptional, offering all kinds of food and fruit with excellent staff. Breakfast : the food choice was extensive, food quality superb, and customer service (responsible manager Lorenzo Biondi) was of the highest standards.
