The hotel is way overdue for an update. Elevators are terrible - have to wait at least five minutes for it to come and once inside it stops on what feels like every floor. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but old. Breakfast was like a zoo with long lines that felt like Disneyland. The only positives are the location, the comfy beds and the blackout shades. Giving it three stars because it feels like a three star hotel.

We arrived exhausted after a long trip. We wanted to make a change to our reservation and were guided by Ali, to Celia who literally was like an angel. She arranged our change and it was magical. Finn transferred our luggage and couldn’t have been more helpful. That evening we ate at Mode….The hotel restaurant. Daniel was such a gentleman and so helpful with recommending wonderful dishes. It was off the charts one of the best meals we have experience in a long while. The following morning I was walking down the gorgeous staircase and Ali stopped me. He asked me how we were doing, and if we enjoyed our room and stay so far. He genuine cared!!! We returned to “Mode” tonight for our last dinner before leaving Sydney celebrating a major birthday of my travel partner. Susana was our waitress. She again was wonderful, but what really made it extra special was the care Anson took of us. She truly made the beginning celebration of my mom’s birthday something I will always be grateful for. We ended our evening arranging our departure with Beatrice, who like Celia couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I only write this long review because I have never experience a team of people at a large resort or hotel that worked together seamlessly with such kindness, grace, and care. Bravo to the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. You all are INCREDIBLE!!!

Two nights in the “Four Seasons Full Harbour Club Suite”, the name says it all, full harbour views from the Harbour Bridge to the Opera House, we thought the views were better than the marketing photos. The suite was spacious, and included a full mini bar, which was replenished each day. The Club Lounge service was exceptional, offering seafood and a wide choice of cocktails, staff were also pleased to make any cocktails that were not on the drinks menu. We chose to eat breakfast in Mode Kitchen and Bar, the food choice was extensive, food quality superb, and customer service was of the highest standards.

This hotel is gorgeous. It has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is good, the facilities top notch and the room extremely comfortable. The staff are lovely and the views spectacular. The bar staff deserve a mention, they are first class and very friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

Another wonderful stay at the four seasons. We left here and went straight home to book our 25year anniversary stay in January for 5 nights but they couldn't accommodate us which was a shame for such a momentus occasion. Hopefully we will clock up our 10th visit over the rest of the year.
