Hyatt Regency Taghazout

Absolutely stunning. I was expecting the photos to have been hyped somewhat but the place is beyond how the pictures look. The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the food and people serving were amazing. Really exceeded my expectations and the sea view is just perfect. (The gym facility is a little dated but everything works as it should).

The hotel is clean and of a good standard, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The pool area is very clean and offers good service. However the restaurant attached to the hotel Sud, km 17 was very disappointing, the food is very pre done both my wife and I were ill after the meal, we ordered lamb shanks and it was just warm and tough also the reasonable wines were all out of stock and no apology for this or any alternative, so all in all a very expensive meal with no satisfaction so I would not recommend this restaurant as it is a shame it is a nice location.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Good facilities. We particularly appreciated the adult pool which overlooks the sea. Our suite was nice with a large well equipped bathroom. Pleasant areas to eat outside. Excellent breakfast buffet. Dinner available in either the main restaurant or the smaller restaurant. As we were there during Ramadan, there was no a la carte in the main restaurant but the buffet had a great variety of dishes. A more limited choice in the smaller restaurant. Dinner probably on the expensive side for what it is, especially the wine. Beach not appealing but alongside the beach there is a pleasant promenade for walks.

Best service we had ever. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Special mention for Mr.Azzelarab duty manager for his professional approach and dedication . Also Hicham reception manager is very friendly and helpful. For sure we will come back again and again and also we will recommend your beautiful resort to our friends and family members.

The restaurant staff deserve the highest praise – their impeccable service, warm smiles, and attention to detail elevated our dining experiences. Every meal was a delight, and their genuine passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. The duty manager Azel also deserves recognition for his dedication to guest satisfaction, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that every need was met with efficiency and care.
