A hidden gem that I'll be going back to...
Really lovely and clean hotel right on the sea front with a 20 yard walk to private beach and loungers. I was in a different hotel when I arrived but moved to this one very quickly and was very pleased that I did. Lovely beach, not busy and plenty of room. A nice gym and I think activities were available but I was just lounging. Easy free parking, easy to find, very good and attentive staff on reception and at very nice breakfast. A really good place to sit by one of the three great pools or ocean and chill. It wasn't Hawaii but was like a Moroccan version of the Mauna Kea. really good. Will definitely be back with friends / family.

Friendly restaurant service
We were staying at an alternative hotel in the Tagazhout area and decided to visit Sud km17 for dinner. The food was enjoyable and the service from Mohammad (dinner) was very friendly and chatty. We will visit again when we are next in Tagazhout.

Fabulous
We love this hotel. It’s our second visit! Was as good as we remembered. Abdul the trainer in the gym was fantastic as always. Sadly I was not well so couldn’t use his as regularly as I wanted to. We are already planning our trip back. Amazing buffet gala New Year’s Eve event and gorgeous fish on the beach on Christmas Day! See you again

A solid 4/5 resort, but service could be more consistent
We enjoyed out stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. The location is great - right on the beautiful beach at Taghazout. The entrance and reception area is fabulous and the resort is in good condition. Fittings felt modern and well looked after. The staff were great when you could get their attention - and went above and beyond on many different topics. But service levels are a bit hit and miss.. (e.g. our room was 2 hours late being prepared, requests at breakfast often required following up several times just to get tea/coffee etc.). This would be a really solid hotel if the service could just be a bit more consistent.

I stayed at your hotel two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. A big thank you to Zineb for her excellent service, she was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome. I highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Morocco specially tagazout, and I’m grateful for the great experience See you soon morocco
