Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt multiple times and have always been pleased with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and Hyatt goes out of its way to treat everyone like someone with high status (which I don't have). I got a nice bay view king room, late checkout and a coupon for a beverage at their bar. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the poo/outdoor bar area this time, but have in the past and it's great. I recommend this place for a quick overnight before/after the airport OR something more extended.

No one at the front desk explained anything about hotel amenities or site. No conseirge on duty. No working phone in room. Front desk was informed about all of this and did not seemed to be interested. There was no shuttle to area events. When asked about this, the front desk staff said, “ Get an Uber.”

Nice commotions for meetings, wedding and reception, as are entire family was there for. Very clean and pleasant staff all thought our stay. Very close to all that Tampa area has to offer including convent to Tampa Airport, the beach and many central Florida attractions.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food offered at the hotel is delicious and the staff was very kind. I planned an event for over 50 people and everyone has something good to say about this hotel. From the planning stages to the completion of the event, everything went off without a hitch.

I stayed at this hotel for a business conference. My room had a beautiful view of the bay and was quite comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was very yummy whether I ordered the buffet or Chicken & Waffles. Sadly, it was a little too chilly to get in either one of the pools. And unfortunately the boardwalk around the property was damaged by Hurricanes. I would still return in the future. The staff was amazing, friendly and great at anticipating all needs during the conference.
