The staff were extremely helpful and professional. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and have already decided to come back at a later date

We had an absolutely exceptional stay here, and if anyone is planning to visit Taormina (or even just Mount Etna) this is definitely the best place to stay. The rooms are so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with blue accents fitting the beautiful Ionian sea that the hotel overlooks. Of course it goes without saying that the location of the hotel is amazing - breathtaking, sweeping sea views, with just the right amount of privacy too - but the true star and asset of the hotel are the staff. The concierge in particular deserves all the praise they get: arranging a last minute tour to Etna even when weather conditions are not ideal (they even went the length of checking if the cable car was operating, and the height that we were permitted to reach), making amazing restaurant recommendations (which included more affordable, homely-style restaurants too), and just being so attentive to details like packing us water and snacks for the excursion to ensure our journey was enjoyable. The breakfast was an exceptional experience - we highly recommend trying the lemon and pistachio granita! It will definitely surprise you! There is no need to worry about the slightly more remote location as the hotel also offers hourly complimentary shuttles to Taormina town centre. Such an amazing experience!
