Best facial!

The best thing about this hotel was the facial that I received from Laura from the Fusion Spa. Wish I had time for more of her treatments! Fantastic! Great view from some rooms. Ask for oceanfront. Front desk Sarah was terrific. Giuseppe at bar also . Hotel had just re opened for season, so not much going on, but in Season I’m sure it’s happening.

The hotel is very nice, but the difference was in the staff. From the reception to the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The daily treats are a really fantastic and delicious touch. The service in the restaurant made us feel at home. Thank you to Monica, Giuseppe, Angelo. And to all the hotel staff. They are the star of the hotel.

This hotel was superb. The cleanliness, breakfast and service from each of the staff were remarkable. A young man at the front desk must be noted. Gabriel was personality plus. He assisted with a pleasant and professional attitude. Gabriel had good commorade with his colleagues. NH Collection was wise to hire this young man. Our stay in Taromina was highlighted by staying at NH Collection Hotel in this gorgeous city.
