Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very clean, modern and elegant surroundings in a great location. The Israeli breakfast was spectacular with a variety of food. The coffee latte every morning was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We spent 2 nights over the weekend at this hotel. We checked in at 1:30PM. Check in was VERY slow and as Platinum Ambassadors, we were upgraded from the Club room we booked to a Jaffa suite and were allocated room 2132. This being our 4th time here, we were not surprised by the suite, which was on the small size. It featured a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV as well as a desk with chair. There was also an empty minibar and a coffee machine. The bedroom was tiny with 2 twin beds with dreadful mattresses, another TV and a safe. The view from both windows was to the beach (and the nearby ugly hotel). The bathroom featured a shower with a fantastic water pressure, a single sing, a toilet and a bath tub. The bathroom toiletries were by "-417" (a local brand which is supposed to be "luxurious" but is rather cheap-smelling). There was no welcome gift nor a letter in the room, despite the hotel knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The hotel featured an unheated pool, which was open, but unusable for this kind of weather. Breakfast at Jaffa Court restaurant was included in the Club room rate and was a buffet style with some items that you could order from the waiter. While the buffet was small, the food was very good. The beacon of the hotel is, without a doubt, the Club Lounge (notice - NOT the Executive Lounge on the lobby level). The recently renovated lounge is located on the 24th floor, open between noon and 23PM and features 2 separate rooms - one with a view of Tel Aviv, and the other - the main one - with a stunning view of the beach. A somehow unknow perk of the Club is that each club/suite room is entitled to invite up to 2 extra guests to the lounge (on top of the actual guests in the room). The lounge features an all-day buffet with hot and cold drinks, alcohol, cheese, salads, desserts, fruit, pastries, 3 cold dishes during the afternoon and 3 hot dishes in the evening. Service in the lounge is EXCEPTIONAL and all the staff make sure you are pampered (Oleg and Zehavit in particular). Bottom line - while the hotel does show its age and lacks the "wow" factor of newer nearby hotels, it's a solid choice while in Tel Aviv.

The beach views were as beautiful as always. The staff was nice and the breakfast Buffett was still over the top amazing. The room was nice and the cigar bar is a must do for a glass of wine or drink after work. Great location for the beach 🏖️ and restaurants.
