We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The hotel is located on the beach in Tel Aviv, overlooking the famous promenade. Parking is complimentary for Honors members. The vista is an odd extension of the regular Hilton - it features the top floors of the Hilton and, of course, the Vista Lounge. We checked in at 13:30 on the 17th floor Vista Lounge. We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a premium twin room - room 1624. The room was a totally renovated room with a modern look and feel. While not being too large, it featured 2 comfortable beds, a small balcony facing Jaffa and the promenade, a TV (which was somewhat malfunctioning throughout our stay), a safe, Nespresso machine, minibar, desk and chair, an armchair with a footrest, a coffee table and a lovely welcome gift of fruit, wine and a bag of local toiletries. The bathroom featured a bath tub, a sink, a shower with a great water pressure and a toilet. The toiletries were from Saphira, which is a local brand. They were pretty nice. The hotel featured a swimming pool with sea water, but unfortunately, as the pool is not heated, it was too cold for comfort (I have no idea why they keep it open during the winter). We had our breakfasts at Café Med on floor -1. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent with made-to-order eggs, hot and cold pastries, cheese, fish, salads, pasta, fruits and sweets. The main event of the hotel (or at least - of our stay) - was the Vista Lounge. Located on the 17th floor as an open space overlooking the stunning sea. The lounge is open only for Vista guests (other Hilton guests, including ones with Diamond status or on an Executive floor get the much inferior Executive Lounge on the 12th floor). The lounge's hour are throughout the day - 6:30 until 23:00. During these long hours, the lounge features 5 food presentations: a small breakfast buffet, a yogurt buffet, afternoon tea including pastries, cakes and sandwiches, a dinner buffet including an endless array of salads, 5 hot dishes and last, but certainly not least - a dessert buffet. To top it all, cold and hot drinks are available throughout the day, as is alcohol - beers, vodka, spirits and much more. The amount and level of food and drink in the lounge is absolutely astounding. It was basically like having an all inclusive rate for our stay - and we enjoyed it immensely. The service at the Vista Lounge was impeccable. Bottom line - while the Hilton hotel leaves a lot to be desired as a hotel, the Vista at the Hilton is a fantastic experience and is now officially our favorite hotel in Israel.

I've been staying at this hotel for 30 years, and this trip was the best so far. Iwas there with my children and grandchildren, and Uriya ( lounge manager) and the rest of the staff at the lounge, truly made our vacation amazing. Thank you to the team. View from the lounge

Amazing hotel and attentive, friendly staff. The lounge is the best in the world. Uriya the lounge head manager is fantastic! He views are unbeatable and the sunset is something you have to see. Will most definitely be back in the near future.

Been staying here for over 20 years. In recent years they split the Hilton hotel into two hotels. The Vista Hotel is from floor and above. It includes a beautiful lounge on the 17th floor with an amazing view of the ocean and the entire city. There are food and dessert presentations throughout the day and complimentary soft drinks, coffees, alcohol and snacks all day long 7am-11pm. I highly recommend staying at the Vista during your stay in Tel Aviv.
