Girls' Birthday Trip - luxury hotel in the heart of a winter wonderland
Stunning, unique hotel with personal touches and genuine sense of community. Perfect location right in the middle of everything in Mountain Village. Upscale without pretense. I appreciated the efforts to help adjust to the higher elevation - water station, hydration sticks, humidifier in the room...all needed touches!

Truly 5 Stars experience!
Amazing location, impeccable service, very attentive and friendly staff. Truly 5 Star experience! I only wish it would be a wooden sauna there, not just a small steam room, but it’s really not a deal breaker. Still had very good experience!

Best place to stay in Mountain Village!
We had a great experience at the Madeline. The location in Mountain Village is prime and the property was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and clean. All staff from concierge, room service, restaurants, and bell hops were fantastic in meeting expectations. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect vacation get away
The room and hotel staff was absolutely phenomenal. Each and every staff treated us exact same way with kindness and we’re very knowledgeable of any questions asked. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and one of the most beautiful hotels and quaint cities.

Wonderful Hotel, but dine elsewhere
Hotel was great, very stylish- staff were warm, timely and knowledgeable. The restaurant was terrible, don’t waste your time. They forgot our order and when we opted to just get it to go they forgot to included sides. The spa treatments were amazing and easy to book and the staff was very helpful with everything from ski rental to airport shuttle. We will go back for sure.
