Amazing
The staff were very helpful especially angel. He was very hard working and fast when it came to helping us with our luggage and vehicle. He made me and my family’s stay a lot easier and more enjoyable by taking care of our needs, I would recommend angel to others.

Outstanding staff
Angel was very helpful and went above and beyond with his service. He loaded up our var swiftly and had such a positive attitude. He was very pleasant and ready to help in any way needed. I also enjoyed the spa amenities and spa services during my stay.

Decent choice overall with some disappointments
Comfortable and convenient hotel with good spa and atmosphere. Very well located and ski-in/out is a real plus. Normal rooms are nice but lack adequate storage for the skiing season especially for a family. Altezza, the onsite restaurant, is average. Had breakfast there on the first day expecting an a la carte menu per the website but were only offered a buffet which was quite poor. We had Christmas Eve dinner there too - food was average. Good effort, service rushed, maybe they were overwhelmed. On the positive side, service there is good and Javier in particular is a real star. Went out of his way to help us and ensure we had what we needed.

Amazing ski-in ski-out.
Friendly staff (specially at the restaurant). Everybody went the extra mile to answer questions. Some of them even remembered our names. Kudos also to ski valet crew who took the time to show us the best runs on a map based on our ability. We're definitely coming back.

The Peaks was excellent
From the amazing Valet service when you pull up thank you Julio , to the views , to the spa , to my patio overlooking the Mts and the pool this place had it all ! I love the Peaks and have been coming here for a while now. Thank you so much to the valet service for taking care of everything always and I will be back soon ! Ciao
