Beautiful resort; terrible pillows/mattress.
The resort is beautiful. However, the mattress and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were unable to get a good night sleep. The staff is very friendly and professional, the tasting room was a must, and we were very close to our hot air balloon ride, which was amazing. Nevertheless, the rooms need better mattresses and better pillows...

King villas a great
The king villas are comfortable, the staff are great and responsive, and the pool is. I was disappointed to learn that they discontinued the free tasting cards at check in. I recommend staying late summer or early fall when the vines are full. It is beautiful anytime, but the added foliage is a great.

This place has it all.
This resort is full service. Hotel, restaurant, spa and fitness room, pool and wine tasting. Nice people and a good time. f there is an issue they fix it as quickly and fairly as possible. The food is quite nice and the wine is good. Good place to spend a special time.

Nice but pricey

Our 5th time staying with you.
Very comfortable room and staff. We like to be centrally located. Loved the fireplace, the Kehrig coffee maker. Larger refrigerator. The restuarant is amazing. Enjoying a no stress wine tasting experience. Next time I will try the Spa, I hear it is amazing. Staff is helpful and competent. We live in Mexico and enjoy the area very much. See you next time!

What a great trip! This hotel is right in the middle of SoCal wine country - a perfect location. The villas are so nice, and perfect for a relaxing, low-key weekend getaway. The food was excellent and the spa was so nice, and very accommodating. And then there is the wine - surprisingly good! Altogether a great long weekend.
