Tempe Mission Palms Hotel & Conference Center

This hotel is centered in the middle of the town. It has an old world charm that makes one feel as if they were home. The check in was easy and all the employees we encountered were very helpful. The car valets took care of our auto and we had our car brought to us, quickly, as we left the hotel. This hotel leads you to do a lot of explorinng as it is not far from the ASU football stadium.

I recently stayed at Tempe Mission Palms, and it was truly a wonderful experience overall! The hotel is perfectly located and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. A highlight of my stay was the Snack Shack, which was available for conference attendees. It provided a fantastic selection of delicious quick bites that were perfect for a busy schedule. I appreciated having easy access to tasty snacks right on the property, making those conference days a bit more enjoyable. While I did have a minor issue with the bar manager declining my request for cocktail glasses to use on the property, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I understand that establishments have their policies, but it would have added to the festive atmosphere I was hoping to enjoy. Regardless of that hiccup, the attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities still made my stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Tempe Mission Palms to anyone visiting the area—it's a lovely place to unwind, and I'm looking forward to returning in the future!

The conference rooms perfectly accommodated our meeting attendees, and the AV set up was seamless, which is crucial for any business event. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they ensured everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to the event coordinator, who was always on hand to assist with any requests and even helped assemble gift bags!

I have stayed at many hotels in my life, and the service at this hotel is at the very top of my list--EVERYONE is so nice and helpful and caring and friendly!! From Orlando, who drives the airport shuttle, to Summer, Jasmine and Alana behind the desk, to the people who gave us silverware so that we could actually eat our carryout--real smiles, real helpfulness!! The hotel itself is lovely--the grounds are very nice, and our room was clean. The bed was comfy and the hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and Arizona State. But the reason I will come back over and over is the hotel staff.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing at hosting meetings, they exceeded expectations and I would say my favourite resort we’ve attended our meetings. Job very well done. Thank guy very much to the staff and the management team!
