Hotel Sir Anthony

Excellent hotel for a 4 night stay, couldn’t ask for a better service. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a bit of luxury in Tenerife. They have attention to detail absolutely spot on, from the pick up from the airport to the checkout. I cannot fault this hotel !!

On arrival to this extremely tasteful hotel, rather than have details checked in at a reception desk, everything was finalised over a welcome drink of our choice at a reception table in a very relaxing manner. Our luggage swiftly disappeared before our registration was concluded, to our room. Details of the hotels facilities that were available were clearly explained together with all dining arrangements. We had selected a room with personal balconies and a plunge pool and on entering the room, we certainly were not disappointed. A very comfortable living area with a table and Two chairs, an extremely comfortable bed, the size which would easily accommodate a family of Four and a Shower/Bathroom which would shame a lot of new build houses back in the UK. Patio doors that opened out to the balcony, included a further table and Two chairs, which we found ideal for taking coffee in the morning sun and enjoying a late night relaxing Gin and Tonic listening to the gentle waves. A spiral staircase took us to the top floor to a plunge pool together with a Balinese bed, Two sun loungers, a Parasol and table. We filled our plunge pool to compliment the temperature of the day using both hot and cold taps. The Vista from our balcony over the hotel pool into the Ocean was truly spectacular especially at night. The Hotel is ideally positioned to explore, the Beach is no more than 100 yards away, while the flat promenade stretches both ways along the coast filled with shops, cafes, bars and entertainment along the way. Walking inland will find larger retail outlets, restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, together with an abundance of clothes retailers. The meals and service were outstanding, the selection at Breakfast was fabulous, cold meats, fruits, yogurts, cheeses, many bread types, together with a choice of a hot cooked breakfast on request from the daily menu which were all extremely tasty. Our evening meals were also exceptional, all table ordered and cooked to our specification, the fish dishes (which I ordered daily) were absolutely stunning, while my dear wife worked through the menu systematically, enjoying every meal. As we stayed Two weeks, we were given Two vouchers on arrival which enabled us to use the dining facility at the Diabolo restaurant (Italian) and the Coal restaurant (Meat) for meals, yet again excellent food and service. The Hotel laid on a wonderful Canarian evening of wine, food and music, which we both found extremely relaxing and pleasant, a fantastic event. The Staff at Sir Anthony, We would consider it to be unfair to identify individuals as we received nothing but the best care and attention from every member of staff we crossed paths with. Everyone, and we sincerely mean everyone from Senior Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Chefs, Waiters, Waitresses and Receptionists spoke and acknowledged us. They all had time to have a short chat and were extremely professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was kept immaculate with towels changed twice daily with a little chocolate surprise left every night on our pillows. In concluding, this Hotel exceeded our expectations, we left with extremely sad faces, but in the knowledge we are to return next year, Our Thanks to all the staff at Sir Anthony for making our stay so welcoming and pleasurable, Stoker…... Comfortable and wonderful stay, close to the best beaches of the island and all services, only the price of the stay was very high.

Beautiful hotel, very lovely design, perfect location, brilliant and kind staff, perfect service, delicious food and drink. Very comfortable and spacious pool area. A very excellent stay with you, huge thanks.
