Quietly refined. Peaceful and relaxing.
We stayed here for 3 nights after a cruise. It was a delight to stay here in the lap of luxury on terra firma after being at sea. The ambience is just perfect. Quietly refined. Food and service is first class. The spa is complimentary for residents and is peaceful and relaxing. We’ve decided to cancel our next cruise in September 2025 and come back here instead. That should say it all.

Excellent hotel in a great part of the island.
Third visit to this hotel and the service, food and surroundings remaining first class. We have eaten in all four restaurants which have a good choice of tasty food. The room and public areas are first class, as are the staff. Looking forward to visiting again.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Made the most of the main very large pool and the spa. Such a lot of choice for breakfast. Nice to come back in the evening after a meal out and go to the bar where there is always a bit of entertainment on then go up to bed where the rooms have been turned down for you. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept exceptionally clean.

Luxurious comfortable hotel
Concierge took luggage on arrival and valet parked the car. Fast check in to our Spanish garden view room. The room was a decent size the balcony looked over the spa pool, skyline seaview and the mountains. Appreciated the nightly turndown service and Lindy chocolate. Great breakfast Nice Spa and pool, separate from the standard pool. We had soft dressing gowns and slippers. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was useful although not frequent. The gardens are lovely, very tropical.Overall a great hotel and we hope to stay again if the price is right

Hotel Botanico - An Oriental Palace
The expansive gardens boast a stunning array of lush foliage and vibrant flowers, creating a truly picturesque setting. At the center, a magnificent fountain adds to the beauty, while a tranquil pond teems with koi carp and elegant black swans. Dining at the restaurants is a delight, with the Canarian potatoes being a standout dish you can't miss. The live entertainment enhances the joyful atmosphere, making it a wonderful experience for both adults and children alike.
