Wonderful yoga class.
Phenomenal experience. Class was relatively advanced but it worked well for us as the instructor was patient with us. She both pushed us to get the most out of the experience and allowed us to not do more than we were able to do. Highly recommend this experience.

Arrogant unprofessional front desk team
Run by a bunch of unprofessional non cooperative arrogant stuff. No coordination between sales & front desk. Currently having a business meeting with 35 rooms blocked with pathetic response. Don't want to mention specific names in public, but be aware for official conferences. Failure to adhere to commitments done ....

World class resort!!
Fantastic service, food, location, ambience, rooms!!!! Bismi Gopal and Deep made our experience truly memorable with their exceptional service!! They gave us personal attention and made sure we were absolutely comfortable and not short of anything . The view from the hotel is spectacular.

Charming haven in Kovalam
I had two excellent stays at the Leela. One in the regular hotel, and one in the club class. Both were very enjoyable. I have to say though that it was definitely worth going into the club premier class, which is a 'hotel within a hotel'. My personal butler Rahul was very attentive and the food in the club restaurant was exceptionally good. The main hotel has a great bar, although I have to say that the servings of whiskey were the smallest that I have ever seen! Barman please note. Breakfasts and the buffet were excellent, and they have a great thai seafood restaurant on the beach. The duty manager Hema was very helpful, as were Megha, Shiva, Juna (in the Premier Club), Maseem, Meethu, and Jaya. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a calm and tranquil destination for a break in Kerala.

Bismi - the great
The Hotel provided us Bismi as our care taker. She was too good. In one day of our stay, we could go on Tides, in swimming pool, in the evening cultural program. We also got our breakfast nicely packed early morning today. Hotel Leela, their staffs and Bismi are exceptionally excellent. I wish Bismi a great and bright future ahead.
