Scenic Location
Scenic location with perhaps the best views in Kovalam—an ideal spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Customer Service: Although there were a few initial hiccups, Reshma (Room Manager) was quick to follow up and resolve the issues efficiently. Team members like Reshma are truly key to delivering excellent customer service. Special thanks as well to Aishwarya and Ayan for their attentive and courteous service.

Perfect place to end a busy Keralan holiday.
Although being a large resort hotel, the level of personal service was amazing. Our resort guide, Akansha, made sure she spoke to us every morning as we went through reception, to enquire about our stay and offer any assistance. Deep and the team in the Terrace Restaurant could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the cleaning staff engaged with us everyday. The Organic Garden was very interesting to visit and the gardeners all delivered the same standard of service, as those working in the main property. The Christmas Tree lighting was a really unique experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for making us feel like part of their special family, but with high quality facilities.
