Located in lively Shinjuku, we stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe suite. The hotel is sleek and modern, the hallways remind me of araska tower from cyberpunk. Beds were great, bathroom is luxurious. The views from the living room is fantastic and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby, would definitely stay again next time we're in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel with an amazing staff and service. One of the best service we have received worldwide; better than Four Seasons in the Americas/ Europe. Staff went beyond to help with all our needs such as arranging transportation, shipping some documents to US, picking up my daughter ftom airport, rooms cleaned meticulously, room service arriving in 15 min, luggages packed into car, bills printed ready to view before check out and all the service at both restaurants - truly incredible. Thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness and overall prompt services. Also delicious food in all restaurants w amazing views.

Went to the hotel very nervous based on the reviews I read before arriving. I was concerned about finding the entrance, the safety in such a popular area, and was nervous that the staff might not be very welcoming. Once my husband and I arrived, we were blown away by the top notch service provided by every staff member we talked to. Everyone was incredibly polite and attentive helping us with our bags, making sure we checked in fine, and gave us a detailed tour of the room. We were welcomed with chocolates and a very sweet card congratulating us on our special trip. Albeit the hotel is pricey, we did not regret a single dollar given to Bellustar. It felt like a safe space at the end of our day after walking around the city for HOURS. It was a great feeling at the end of the day knowing we were heading back to a sanctuary and away from the noise and crowd. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind and making sure we felt welcomed every day. It made our stay from great to superb. Aside from the great service, room service and food is also very good. We had their steak and breakfast (didn’t try the complimentary breakfast) and were quite surprised by the quality. Lovely bathroom amenities and 100/100 for walking.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the whole team of BELLUSTAR for making my stay so memorable and remarkable. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in the world, I would conclude that BELLUSTAR is my No 1. I am impressed by the assistance of the Concierge for helping me book all the restaurants I wished to patronize before my trip. That did make my planning very smooth. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the free two-tier upgrade of my room to Deluxe Suite. I could enjoy a spectacular view of Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower throughout the day. The quality and the design of the room were top-notch. I liked the way details are attended to. Another amazing benefit of being a Titanium member of the GHA Discovery is that you could enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning. Special thanks must be given to the staff in the Lounge for taking some great shots for me. I will definitely return to BELLUSTAR whenever I stay in Tokyo. Even if I am not in Tokyo, I will still highly recommend this hotel to all my beloved family members and friends. Please keep this standard up!

Wanted a place in lively Shinjuku even if it can get very busy at times. The advantage of this hotel is it’s in a very tall building and you hear nothing from up there and you get magnificent views of Tokyo and can even see mount Fuji from the breakfast room. The staff is efficient and friendly enough. Wonderful breakfast in the hotel. There is the option to join the breakfast of the sister hotel a few floors down but the quality isn’t as good. Decent lounge with a few drinks and snack. Shinjuki sttion is huge but we managed just fine and the neighborhood is full of interesting characters but not seedy. We felt safe.
