Experience moments of more at a dynamic lifestyle destination hotel in the heart of Roppongi, Tokyo – a lively international district. With its central location directly connected to Roppongi Hills which houses 200 shops and restaurants, a cinema, an art museum and an observatory, Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the perfect base from which to comfortably explore and discover the city.

The service at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo was so outstanding that I was sorry to leave! The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and it was refreshed daily. The concierge team went out of their way to help, as did the staff in the club level dining room. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo has my highest recommendation!

This hotel is excellent - it is clean, comfortable, and deserves a luxury designation. The spa is an absolute gem. As someone who exercises every day, I appreciated the pool, high end fitness equipment, and cleanliness of the spa areas. The Oak Door restaurant is a must visit. The waygu is unbelievably good as are the sides that accompany it. The only difficulty I had was with room service. They seem challenged to accommodate a gluten allergy, and my orders were delayed several times. Overall, I would stay here again. The location is central and ideal for business and shopping.

Spacious rooms. Minimalist wooden design. Functional. Ample access to cable connection to recharge. Nice touch of complimentary snacks and plenty of drinking water, roast tea, and coffee in room. Luxurious bathrooms. Love the wide opening and fully equipped amneties. Very close acess to oedo and hibiya line subway. Hills mall and restaurants Heavenly stay in Roponggi Tokyo

I'm sure this hotel is very convenient if you're in Tokyo for meetings in Roppongi but it is far from a 5 star experience. The rooms are tired and the check in experience feels more like a mid level marriott when compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo for similar prices (such as the Imperial, New Otani, and Four Seasons). For instance, we had a baby and most hotels that charge 700-1K per night in peak season provide a nice welcome package for the baby and are happy to provide you with any amenities. At the Grand Hyatt they allow you to rent or borrow things I believe? The rooms are tired and several toilet functions were not operable. They offered to move us to a worse room if we wanted a fully operational toilet (flush worked but none of the other functions). Also, if you're looking for any kind of traditional Japanese experience this isn't your place. It felt like 99% of the guests were business travelers from the USA. If their room rate was 30-40% of other 5 star hotels in Tokyo then maybe I would consider staying here.

5 star experience. Great accommodations with excellent staff and service. Great shopping and dining options in the area and conveniently located to various Tokyo metro stations. I highly recommend this property and look forward to my next visit.
