Absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms spacious. Stunning view. Super helpful staff. Great taxi service outside. Good location Bowling, beauty salons, many restaurants. always a queue to go into breakfast so go right when it opens or around 8:30-9am.

Nice common areas. Pleasant staff. Mediocre rooms. The rooms are not very big. We were expecting a queen bed. Got two doubles instead. Small bathroom with linoleum floors. Terrible breakfast dining experience. Went to breakfast on the 33rd floor just after 7am. 30 minute wait. Went back at 8am. 40 minute wait. Too many cruise and bus tour patrons and not enough capacity. Went to B1 for the Japanese breakfast and had a 15 minute wait. Decent breakfast with both Japanese and western options. Unclear why a hotel of this reported quality wouldn’t have a coffee bar/pastry shop that would be open in the early morning. Would not recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Tokyo. They had a special which makes them the cheapest 5 star hotel during cherry blossom season. But we quickly found out why it was so cheap. The place is overrun by busloads of tourists, there was also a convention of some kind. We had long waits for everything, even getting a cab outside. There was an issue with the bill, and it took almost an hour to sort out. There is not much accommodation for language. Buffet is included but mediocre, they kept trying to send us downstairs to a really sad buffet which we did one morning and regretted it. Pay a little more and get a better experience somewhere else.

"I recently stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and wow, that view! My room (Room 2220) overlooked Tokyo Tower, and it was simply magical, especially at night. What's even better is that the price was significantly more reasonable than other luxury hotels in the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making my stay comfortable. And can we talk about the restroom amenities? They went above and beyond with extras like bath salts and facial cream. A truly thoughtful touch! The only area for improvement would be the check-in process, which was a bit slow. However, the incredible view, excellent service, and value made it a memorable stay.

Musty and cigarette smoke smell in our rooms, including a suite. Unacceptable for any room, let alone at this price point. Rooms are very dated. Sure, you might see Tokyo Tower from some of the rooms but you can also do that from the park right there. There are many hotels to choose from in Tokyo, many with better access to the train system etc. The only positive is the staff.
