If you want to stay at a hotel with the best Tokyo Tower view, this hotel is the place you want! It’s rare for Tokyo Hotels to have balconies, but I got a room with a balcony with literally the Tokyo Tower directly facing me🗼 The restaurant Shibazakura located on B1 is also AMAZING! Best japanese food I had during this trip.

During our stay at this hotel in July to celebrate my partner's birthday, I found the service to be commendable despite the higher cost. I want to specifically acknowledge the assistance provided by the breakfast staff, Seki and Lin, in organizing a special birthday breakfast for my partner ☺️

Our family of four, including two older teenagers, faced the usual challenge of finding a single room that could comfortably accommodate all of us during our trip to Japan. Fortunately, we found the The Prince Park Tower hotel and stayed in the Garden Suite Room with Tatami Area, a spacious two-room suite that allowed the kids to have their own space and my wife and I to have ours. The room even had 1.5 bathrooms, which was a great convenience. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, although the swinging door to the main bedroom was a bit unusual. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, including a bowling alley, convenience store, bakery, and more. We particularly appreciated its proximity to Tokyo Tower, a subway station, and great dining options. One evening, we walked to Roppongi for some karaoke and stumbled upon an amazing Italian restaurant in a nearby neighborhood. We'll definitely be posting a review for them as well. As our trip was coming to an end, we were in need of a laundromat and were relieved to find one nearby. While doing our laundry, my wife and I enjoyed a nice coffee at a nearby coffee shop. When we return to Tokyo, we will definitely choose to stay at the Prince Park Tower again. It was truly a wonderful hotel.

How this is rated 5 star I do not know? The rooms are very outdated - old carpet, old furniture, no usb ports etcs The amenities including the gym are an extra charge - £15 for a gym session WTF The staff aren’t particularly helpful - refused to get involved with Uber eats delivery The location isn’t wonderful - minimum 8 minute walk to a subway Expensive for what it is Only positive is the size of the room is but for Tokyo, but I’m sure you can get that at other places for the same price

The rooms were spacious, but decor was dated with no USB sockets. Separate adapters were provided. We booked this for our last three nights in Tokyo after a long trip of touring and really looking forward to relaxing by the pool. It was extremely disappointing to find that the pool, spa and gym all required an additional 3-5000Y per person per 24h. Also users needed to be over 20 years of age, so not suited for young families at all. There is a useful Lawson’s in the basement and two subway lines within 400 m
