Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills

Room not cleaned by almost 5pm Complained to manager but was put on hold and no calls back Room 5 minute clean later with zero care No one seems to care for a 5 star hotel and I am a rewards member of 15 years In a city famed for its service this level of apathy is embarrassing Will never return Stayed in 4912

You are staying here for the views, thats for sure. Having the beautiful Tokyo Tower glowing at night as you sit in your room is unbeatable. But the location is pretty nice either way, with a direct connection to the Tokyo Metro, shops and restaurants connected to the hotel, you do not need to leave the hotel for all your needs, although of course you should and explore all that Tokyo has to offer. The rooms themselves are nice. Spacious (at least mine was I do not know about all their different layouts) and clean, although the green carpeting and wooden fixtures did make it feel a bit dated. No breakfast included with is on par for HYATT offerings, so no comments there.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Great value for luxury hotel and much better than any other Andaz I’ve been to. Large rooms with incredible views of the city. The nearby retail amenities and restaurants in Mori Tower and connected buildings were very useful.

I visited Japan with my wife and another couple for 2 weeks. We stayed at the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills for our last night in Japan. The hotel was beautiful. We arrived before check-in time but there was a nice lounge with drinks and refreshments where we could relax. Otherwise the check-in was smooth and our luggage was delivered to our room. We had a fabulous view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My friends enjoyed working out in the gym. A great breakfast was included with our reservation. Afterwards, our check-out was easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Andaz was an amazing place to stay while exploring Tokyo! The hotel itself is beautiful and the service was top-notch. We loved the daily happy hour and couldn't believe the views from our room. The staff was all incredibly helpful, both before the trip (assisting with dining reservations and recommendations) and throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was awesome and had so many thoughtful little touches we enjoyed noticing each day and night. The location was quite convenient with the metro stop connected to the building, as well as a constantly available taxi line. We enjoyed some nice walks to Ginza and to the Imperial Palace as well.
