Nice experience in Andaz Tokyo
Staffs in all departments are very nice and helpful; they know what I need. Bell desk staffs helped me arrange my baggage when I was in rush. Front desk staff helped me check in smoothly at night and she was very nice All the restaurant (Tavern Grill) staffs are very nice; and I had pleasant chat with the two assistant managers. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay in Andaz Tokyo

Amazing!
Everything about this hotel is amazing. Even prior to our arrival, the front desk staff was extremely supportive and helpful. Once we arrived we were blown away by how nice the hotel was. And breakfast was amazing!! Highly recommend everything about the hotel and are already planning to return.

Incredible hotel, which adds so much to our trip to Tokyo
It is truly an exceptional hotel, which exceeds my expectations. We loved the spa and gym. The staffers are so polite and helpful when I asked for directions and recommendations on restaurants and shuttles to the airport. The hotel is connected to two subway lines, which is really convenient for traveling in winters. The view is incredible as well as we can see Mt. Fuji from our window. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back soon.

Room for Improvements
The check-in experience was not positive. There is no dedicated check-in desk for Globalists members. I arrived at 3 PM and finally entered the room after a 30 min wait. No real upgrade offered as a Globalist despite making the booking several weeks earlier and several better rooms available during check in. The room felt cramped and the working desk had a chair without back support which led to neck and back pain after 1 hour.

Top 5 Star hotel in Tokyo
One of the best hotels in Tokyo! Location is quiet yet accessible. Hotel amenities and spa is excellent. One of the best breakfast spread in Tokyo! And we have been to several already. The check in process was also easy and they will not make you stand up while waiting.
