Best Service and accommodation I’ve ever had in Toronto. I travel a lot for business and this is by far my favorite Hotel. The staff was amazing in making sure you you were doing well and very responsive and communicative when necessary. Package delivery, laundry, and in room dinning was first class.

I stayed here on my birthday with me and my girlfriend and the hotel was really really nice but that’s not the main thing the service I got there by everyone who was working from the front desk to the valet people was really really good. At the Front desk Zayn was helping us and he made my birthday 10x better just with his awesome service just because of him and the service of the rest of the team everytime I stay in Toronto I will be coming to Bisha hotel and I advise everyone if they are looking for a really nice high end hotel stay at the Bisha hotel.

Bisha is my favourite hotel in Toronto. I stay in Toronto for a few days every week and I’ve tried many different hotels before discovering the Bisha. Everything about the Bisha is perfect. The location, the rooms (spacious, super cosy beds, amazing rainfall shower, sparkling clean. It’s the only hotel where I have taken a bath it’s so clean! A luxurious, deep stand-alone bath with complimentary aromatherapy eucalyptus bath salts). But the best part about the Bisha is without a doubt the service. Every single person who works here is so professional, organized, thoughtful and proactive. Special call-out to Zayn who always greets you with a smile and makes sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. Thanks Bisha for making me feel at home when I’m away for work.
