Amazing hotel run by amazing staff.

I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Katie and her colleagues on reception were phenomenal. From check-in and the complimentary champagne to advice on where to go for food and drink to check out and bottles of water for our journey. They even reminded us about the free food and beverage credit that we used in the cafe. Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Toronto. Dimi the barman was excellent too. 10/10

Awesome, awesome hotel! Service by far the best I’ve experienced and staff attentive and kind! From the minute we got there to the minute we left nothing but class! Decor is creative, different and fabulous! I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for the stay Bisha Hotel❣️

Quick getaway for Taylor Swift concert

Had a wonderful time at the Bisha while in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel staff were wonderful and very attentive. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. The hotel had many actvities revolving around the concert. Overall and excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel! The rooms were gorgeous and the service was impeccable! We were spending our Anniversary in Toronto and the front desk manager Zaya Natalwala immediately upgraded us to the Marilyn Monroe suite and sent a bottle of champagne to the room, compliments of the hotel! Zaya was exceptionally helpful during our stay and recommended great restaurants and even was able to get us a dinner reservation to a great restaurant that was fully booked for the evening! I recommend this hotel highly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cannot wait to go back
