Great service. Clean hotel. Nice room. When checking in we met Dhawal who was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was close to downtown attractions and experiences. Other staff friendly and willing to help. We went to the self parking recommended by the hotel and it was fairly easy to find and attached right to the hotel.

We stayed at Fairmont Royal York on the Gold Level, we have to say we were blown away by the beautiful lounge, elevated amenities and fantastic staff. Fabian and Elaine were standouts in the service category, however everyone we came across was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were stunning, maybe the nicest we have come across. Location was perfect. Onsite food and beverage was excellent. We would highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights and it became better each night. The hotel is perfectly located across Union Station and in the south end of downtown by the water. Upon arrival you're warmly greeted at the door and at the desk. The front desk agent was helpful in directing me to the both the elevators and one of the restaurants I asked about. This was in December and the hotel was well decorated throughout for the Christmas season. One of the best that I've seen in recent years. Others would put up a small tree and few lights but the Royal York took time and paid attention to detail. The hotel is well kept for an almost 100-year-old hotel and show almost no signs of wearing. The room was a newly renovated Luxury Room and it did not disappoint. Again, great attention to detail in the room and what you would expect from a luxury room. The Gold Lounge may be one of the best I've seen. From the food and drink choices, to the layout and decor along with the terrific staff, it's an easy 10/10 across the board. Well done. The staff is truly what makes this hotel stand out to me and I would infidelity return. It's now in my top 5 for hotels in Toronto.

The royal service is so bad attitude. I ask for price for Accor Plus Membership and he just insist that is free (It's not All but Accor Plus), if you didn't know what is that pls just inform me that u didn't know yet u just insist it's free by talking rudely and when I ask his name, he just told me very rude "I don't want to give u my name" pls Fairmont, train your staff better! You're a 5 stars hotel, not a cheap 3 stars hotel. I call on 15/12 or 14/12 idk, at 3am.

I stayed at this hotel twice in Toronto. It’s conveniently located near Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, Downtown, and the Harbourfront. It had a lot of nice restaurants nearby, and it was close to the Hockey Hall of Fame. The stay was really comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay in Toronto.

We had a great time. The hotel has excellent staff and service. The food is outstanding and the cocktails are too. It’s is a perfect place to go for 2 nights. This package deal you offer is fantastic. I will do it again.
Thanks very much!
