Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for our anniversary, and it was, without a doubt, the best service we have ever received. The rooms were not only beautifully appointed, but also impeccably maintained and clean. The staff went above and beyond in assisting my boyfriend with decorating the room for our celebration, which made the experience even more memorable. We also enjoyed multiple room service orders during our stay, all of which exceeded our expectations. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Four Seasons team for making our anniversary so special, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms were luxurious. The service was top-notch with great attention to detail. The food and beverage was very good as well. The overall experience was excellent. I would high recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

This was our first experience at a Four Seasons Hotel. The room was beautiful and luxurious. Only thing was that the person who checked us did not really explain how the elevator worked and what amenities were complimentary in our room. The hotel is within walking distance of the Main Street and the luxurious stores as well as to the museum. There is complimentary valet, which is very convenient and fast.

The hotel is a true beauty with all the luxury for a weekend getaway. However, this is not the case with service. Room cleaning service doesn’t empty the trash? Don’t change the towel? Don’t change the sheet? Gives the wrong bill? When I call to inquire the mistake. Kind front desk lady ask me to explain what was the mistake on the invoice…… I suppose I came here for leisure not work for hotel on a part time job. With high expectations for every stay in four season. This is truly disappointing. When I extend the stay, went to front desk to renew the key….. hour later received a text ask me go back to the front desk to verify my credit card….. so what was the front desk was thinking while I was right in front of them to renew my key? Plz better stuff training. Don’t put staff there like a robot, plz make sure they know how to do the job.

Excellent quality service and atmosphere. Great design in lobby and very comfortable room. All employees we met were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed snacks in DBar and Breakfast. Car was parked by valet who were very helpful and also charged my Tesla. All in all a good experience at a luxury hotel.
