The best 5 Star Experience in Toronto
The team at Shangri La Toronto went so far above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we valeted our car, to checking in, to seeing the custom decorations in our room - it was all truly fantastic. The team was available at moments notice to assist with any request, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the location is perfect. Look no further than SLTO if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience in Toronto. The spa and Gym are also exceptional.

Amazing Experience
My experience here was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived to checking out, everything was amazing. Luxury is not just about ambience but service. The service here was 100 percent. Excellent Experience, Cant Say Enough Good Things
We stayed at the Shangri-La last week as part of a weekend getaway to celebrate our son's 8th birthday, which included a Raptors game. I had mentioned during the booking process that he was a big Raptors fan, and upon arrival to our hotel room he was thrilled to see a Raptors-themed birthday gift as well as a little cake! Everything about our stay was 5+ stars: The valet service, check-in process, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, our time spent in the lobby lounge with friends etc etc. Our room was wonderful and spacious and very comfortable. We are fortunate to have stayed at many of the luxury hotels in Toronto. This was our first time at Shangri-La, but it has easily moved to the top of the list of our favorite hotels, and we look forward to coming back very soon.

FABULOUS NEW YEAR'S EVE EXPERIENCE!
We stayed at the Shangri-La Toronto for New Year's Eve and it was fantastic! The room, the dining (two super restaurants) and the staff were absolutely great. We really enjoyed the New Year's Eve party and loved the band and the 'balloon drop' at midnight. We are already thinking about when our next stay will be. Thanks for an amazing time! The best hotel. To the perfection
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Big spacious room. Very nice pool. Super relaxing lounge area. Staff are incredible. Food was also very good inside of the hotel. The hotel is also so beautiful throughout. Strongly recommend it! The location is also convenient
