We spent 3 nights in Toronto for a couple's getaway. The Shangri-La was amazing. The suite was spacious and so very comfortable. The bathroom was so spa-like. We enjoyed the deep tub, robe, and slippers. We didn't get a chance to visit the spa, but the gym was very well equipped and clean. The highlight of the trip for me was the complimentary birthday cheesecake at the restaurant. It was amazing, and we live in NYC and are used to great cheesecake. All in all, we will be back during the summer where we can explore the city more freely. We will definitely choose the Shangri-la for our stay.

We rarely return to the same hotel - but we will be back to this one! It was a gorgeous calm oasis in the middle of a storm. We enjoyed the gym, the food, and the entertainment. The music in the lobby was outstanding. Mott 32 was a gorgeous and delicious restaurant. I had the grilled cheese in the lobby - so worth it ! (I rarely eat bread ). service is exceptional. You cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

Our visits to the Shangri-La Toronto have been consistently outstanding. The service is both warm and refined, with staff going the extra mile to anticipate our needs and add thoughtful, personalized touches. From the front desk to the valet and concierge, every team member has been exceptionally professional and attentive, handling requests efficiently and with genuine care. The lobby bar is the highlight with live music daily creating the perfect vibe. The rooms and suites are beautifully appointed, offering all the comforts of home and more —humidifiers, premium toiletries, plush robes, and Nespresso machines. Having stayed several times over the past five weeks, we've experienced a range of rooms and room types -- each with beautiful views, super comfortable beds, excellent housekeeping and a peaceful, quiet ambience. (I presume the rooms are sound-proofed, as I never heard a peep from the hallway.) We’ll undoubtedly return when we’re back in Toronto next month and highly recommend the Shangri-La for both business and leisure travel.

I'll only stay at Shangri-la hotels if one is available - it simply is the finest accommodation, both for comfort and service. The Toronto Shangri-la is at the top of the art of hosting. Perhaps most importantly I felt respected and, at times I felt I was being treated like a Prince!

Shangri-la never disappoints if you need a classy experience. The staff is amazing and the ambience is top notch always. Bosk is great for breakfast, try the Zen bowl and the selection of tea. Afternoon high tea is the best in Toronto. It's worth the experience.
