What a joy the 1 Hotel team is! My partner and I visited Toronto to celebrate a very special anniversary and we couldn't be happier to have chosen to stay here! Meli, Alicia, and everyone in the cocktail team were amazing with the surprises they included for us. It felt like we were celebrating with family. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing. A perfect visit. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel Toronto. We were very well cared for from the moment we stepped inside. The staff surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries to our room for our anniversary. It was a very lovely touch! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you 1 Hotel Toronto!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and we don’t even know where to begin with this review. If we can give the stay more than 5 stars we would. From the moment we dropped off our car and checked in, from the moment that we checked out, we enjoyed every moment. We were greeted with a smile everywhere we went. The service is abolsutely amazing and you can tell that the staff and the hotel holds their customer service to a very high standard. The food was amazing. We ate at the 1 Kitchen, Flora’s lounge (the lobby bar/area) and Harriet’s Rooftop. The food was great and we kept wanting to order more. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing and super attentive to detail. My wife was pregnant during our visit and she never had to worry that something was overlooked. The rooms are incredible. Super clean and beautifully and organically decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we would need and more in the room. Rooms were large as well. The hotel thought about everything a guest would need, in an eco-friendly manner. They also had a number you could text if you needed anything or had questions so that was very helpful. The staff was attentive as well and spoiled us with a personal note since we were travelling while pregnant and congratulated us on the baby on the way. We cant wait to return!

I just checked into One Hotel in Toronto, and I’m already so impressed! Biley at the front desk has been incredible, so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and was so friendly that it set the tone for what’s shaping up to be a great stay. My young daughter and I travelled to Toronto in November for the Taylor Swift concert. As soon as I booked the trip, which was only 2 weeks beforehand, I called the hotel to get in touch with the concierge about potential activities I could do with my daughter for the three days we were there. Robin, the concierge, got back to me with a long list of activities we could do and places we could eat. I went back and forth with him a few times before I even arrived at the hotel. By the time we did get there, I felt like I knew him! Robin went above and beyond during our stay at 1 Hotel Toronto. It actually makes me emotional to write about how great the trip was because it was such a special time for my daughter and I. Robin made us feel like royalty! You would have thought we were the only guests at the hotel-which we definitely were not! The city was so busy and had such a buzz to it! It was amazing! Robin helped us with transportation, activities and difficult to get, last minute reservations. He truly made our trip!! The hotel itself was very nice and had some special events going on because of the concert. It felt a little further from right downtown, yet everything was very easily accessible and we could walk most places. Everyone we encountered was so, so nice and took such great care of us. Robin was truly amazing and from begin to end helped us have the most incredible time in the fabulous city of Toronto! We can’t wait to come back and visit you Robin!!
