Fantastic experience
Went to Toronto to see the Eras tour. Someone had recommended the Bisha to us. The best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Incredible staff and room. Food was great. Stay was amazing. Definitely will stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Wow, Bisha!
Bisha staff went above and beyond. As a picky traveler I would 1000% recommend this hotel. Not a single complaint! Friendly staff, beautiful, clean room, great food, convenient walking distance to sights, but we loved it so much we didnt wanted to leave.

Johnathan + Kōst :) !
If I could give this hotel and Johnathan more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we checked in, Johnathan was incredibly kind and welcoming, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. We were in town for Taylor Swift’s concert, and what truly blew us away was the level of detail and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel. Johnathan went above and beyond by personally showing us each floor, which had been beautifully decorated to match Taylor’s albums! It was such a unique and special touch that made us feel like we were stepping into Taylor’s world. Beyond the amazing themed décor, the rooftop restaurant was another highlight. The vibe was charming, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. This hotel truly exceeded all of our expectations, thanks to Johnathan and the incredible team. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay at the Bisha – Memorable Service and Atmosphere!
Our stay at the Bisha was one of the highlights of our trip to Toronto. The accommodations were stylish, fun, and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining and bar, which offered both a lively atmosphere and delicious food. The staff was incredibly helpful, with a special shout-out to Zayne, who assisted us with reservations and car service. He went out of his way to greet us whenever we entered or left, which made us feel at home during our stay.

Not For Us
We stayed over TIFF as we thought the location would be perfect for the festival. The location is really the only thing going for it. Walkable to Sam James Coffee is really nice as it is probably my favourite coffee in the city. Wouldn't stay here again, so many better options in the neighbourhood.
