An oasis in the a bustling city
Perfect, hotel is luxurious and as advertised. Great staff, good complimentary car service. Delicious breakfast, and excellent views from the writer rooftop cafe and bar. Concierge was a great help, and excellent city location in Yorkville.

great stay at first class hotel
First class all the way! From being taken care of immediately by the valet parking attendants (Thanks Sherwin), to quick check-in and upgrade to a deluxe suite as a Hyatt Globalist, we had a simply fantastic and perfect two-nite stay at the Park Hyatt. Great location: walking distance to the Royal Ontario Museum, Queens Park, Eataly, all the fashion houses on Bloor St., etc. Our suite was immaculate and modern. It had a large bathroom with twin sinks and I loved the large 2 person bathtub (which has a nickname i forget). There is a separate bedroom from the living area, each with its large TV, and excellent heating and air controls for both rooms. Breakfast at Joni's was excellent. Service by Desmond was simply superb! Check-out was a bit chaotic, but the front desk made sure our bags were brought down in due course. Front desk service was excellent. First Class indeed. An unqualified five stars.

Excellent Stay!
Choosing between the Park Hyatt and the Hazelton was tough, but I'm so glad I picked the Park Hyatt. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind from check-in through check-out, even extending their courtesy when I came back to pick up my car at the end of a long day. Service like this ensures guests will return!

The hotel is in a central accessible location. Staff are incredibly attentive. The rooms are modern and comfortable, well appointed with amenities both in-room and additional available that make the stay very welcoming. Staff anticipate needs and address questions or concerns immediately in a professional and approachable way. The food quality is terrific and the views from the 17th floor are spectacular. 10/10 would recommend.

It felt like home away from Home. I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything i need was provided and the location was perfect. close to alot of fun places that and good dinner options around. It was the perfect location for a business trip.
