Flawless!
A fabulous experience. Superb staff and check in experience, a gorgeous spacious room, beautiful bathroom and amenities. We visited the Writer’s Room and can’t decide if the view or food & drink was better. I’ll be thinking about the Korean chicken dish for a long time! The hotel is also is a great location in a really lovely part of Toronto. Would highly recommend staying here.

Another Amazing Visit to Park Hyatt Toronto
We love every visit to the Park Hyatt in Toronto. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the corner suite was exceptional - large living room, amazing bathroom, and extremely comfortable bed. It was a shame we had to leave but we will definitely be back - we have already booked our next visit in March!

Not paying attention to guest’s name
They spelled my last name wrong….on paper It might be nothing for some people but it is also the first impression when you check in at the front desk… It could ruin everything during your stay. More than that.. they tried to correct the mistake in front of me… and after that they still had my last name wrong…

Toronto best hotel
Room was super nice super clean and the decor beautiful . Shower was wonderful and the bed and pillow super comfortable . I love that hotel and always stay there when I stop in Toronto . The staff is wonderful and helpful . The food was also real good and fresh .

Excellent experience
My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Park Hyatt. It is a top notch hotel and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to experience several of the amenities at the hotel as we had lunch at the Writer's Room and dinner at Joni. Both were excellent! Furthermore, our suite was beautiful, with great amenities and our room attendant was very thoughtful. We would definitely return.
