Great facility, Great personnel. Great food. And certainly great location with a stunning view. I would highly recommend Rio Serrano for your stay in Torres del Paine region. Did some tours, hikes, horseback riding. Got a massage. Used the pool. Every aspect of the place was top notch!!

We spent 6 days at rio Serrano and had a great time. It was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to park entrance, has 2 restaurants with full service bar. We were able to upgrade our room, it was totally worth it! View from our room was amazing! There is a company for tours and transportation called the Massif on the property. If you rent a car, be aware there are no gas stations. ( hotel will sell you 10 litres in a pinch) My car rental gave me an extra gas container which i used! Also be aware roads are mostly unpaved, and all are REALLY bumpy. Take your time, be patient. Hotel staff were always very pleasant, friendly and professional. Front desk agents Pia and Christobal were particularly helpful. Valentin, in lounge restaurant was great! Even when the hotel was full and lounge was busy, he and staff made it feel like it wasnt. Hotel has a spa for treatments and massages. Prices were very reasonable. It has a nice gym; we didnt use it though. It has a very nice indoor pool.

What a fabulous place to stay while visiting Torres del Paine National Park. The hotel organizes excursions into the park as well as horseback riding on the property. Spectacular view and first class service.

Did it exceed our expectations? Absolutely. We were two friends and we had the all inclusive. The Rio ticks all the boxes with attention to detail. Crisp linen bedding to view the spectacular view. The food was excellent especially the desserts. Try to Goats Cheese. The kitchen got all meals out promptly even when very busy. It's the small touches, like a water bottle which you can take home with you. Also a take away coffee and arrival local tea delivered to you room. The staff is the hotel we're always smiling, helpful with any request. Each cocktail was served with precision like the non-alcoholic laphsong tea with grapefruit slice in chilli powder. And to our fabulous tour guides from The Massif, Mathias, Andrej, Pau, Christian, Juan and Cesar. Full of encouragement on those steep sections, ensuring music in the bus was perfecto and educational with a passion to protect the beautiful Torres Del Paine. Also our drivers Carlos and Christian keeping us safe on miles on Patagoinian roads. We have many happy memories.

Our stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently pleasant and attentive. This was especially true in the bar lounge area. Such a beautiful group of employees! The Massif staff, in charge of tours, were always available to provide insight and advice regarding our excursions. We did not book any guided tours with them, but they checked weather daily for us and made suggestions regarding our daily planning. To top it off, the food, amenities, room, and spectacular views, all made for a glorious 5 days in Torres del Paine.
