The warm welcome, beautiful luxurious large room and fabulous service in the restaurant and bar make this the perfect place to stay . Trinidad is full of history, unique cobbled streets and friendly people. The local restaurants serve great tapas, mojito and great choices of menu plus live bands create a great atmosphere and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed a private guide here with William who had amazing local knowledge booked through Cuba Private Travel. Definitely not a place to miss .

A great hotel in every respect. Very welcoming and helpful staff and a very comfortable room where everything worked. Well placed in the town and all the sights were in easy walking distance. Trinidad is well worth visiting and you can’t go wrong staying here. Highly recommended.

This was a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel where we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Our room was spacious, lovely, and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent for exploring Trinidad, making it an ideal base for our visit. The only minor downside was the breakfast. While there was space for a buffet, likely due to the lack of tourists, it was served à la carte instead. The basics were definitely there, but the breakfast was far from overwhelming. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Trinidad!

Excellent, heritage building from 16th, really well maintenance. It's offering very relax environment, and peaceful place, good quality of food, the rooms are nicely presented with all the details. The staff very kind and enthusiastic in helping and offering a really good service. To be honest I was very impressed.
