An excellent o place to stay
A very good hotel with warm and attentive staff. Well designed room overlooking square and a fine breakfast. Important to reserve car parking in advance. We shall be back.

The Best Hotel experience in Turin
Fantastic location, the staff were really helpful and polite! The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. It is located in the historic centre of Turin and walking distance from many attractions including the Egyptian Museum. I booked the Junior Suite and loved it.

Friendly and professional
The hotel is housed in a spectacular building in a very good location. The bedroom was large and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bathroom that had a proper powerful hairdryer. All the staff were friendly and professional and we were given great instructions on how to get to the places we wanted to visit and how to use public transport by the reception staff. We did not use the dining room or bar in the evening but the breakfast choices were great. I would have preferred a freshly made coffee not from a machine. The fridge was slightly noisy in the middle of the night. I would look for a hotel in this chain again.

Nice trip
Good reception, Best parking reservation system, Perfect staff attitude. At night, there is a little noise from the piazza but not bad. Breakfast is nice, but when busy time coffee is not served by staff. I just had to have the coffee by the machine. And the coffee from the machine isn't good. (Taste, Flavor etc..) But Except 1 day, I've been served nice coffee from staffs.

Fabulous hotel with great service
Loved this hotel. Luxurious feel and we were treated to an upgrade upon arrival. Small touches like a few breakfast items available from 5am for those leaving before the 7am breakfast service was welcomed. Short walk into the heart of the centre of Turin. Well worth a night or two there if you are moving on out of Turin to other destinations
