The Leela Palace Udaipur

Rating lower than others previously rated. May be we had high expectations but our experience were really mixed during our stay last holidays season. The experiences up to pre arrival were great as the assigned butler kept reaching out to us coordinating our arrival etc. But the biggest disappointment were when we checked in. We had booking for premium lake view suits but we were given palace view room. On top of that the air conditioning were not effective ( controls were centrally locked) for the first night. The hotel staff tried to fix but ultimately had to bring portable fans to the room. Did not expected this for a premium suites. Overall the food, on site cultural events and on duty staff were quite professional.

We hosted a Kitty Party for the Saheli Club with 50 members at The Leela Palace Udaipur yesterday, and it was an absolute delight! The grandeur of the venue combined with the serene lakeside view created the perfect setting for our lunch party. The buffet spread was fabulous and delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to all taste preferences. Every item was freshly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and ensured that all our guests were well taken care of throughout the event. The seamless coordination and warm hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. From the elegant ambiance to the delectable cuisine, everything was top-notch. A big thank you to The Leela Palace Udaipur for making our event so special! Highly recommended for large gatherings and special occasions.

Leela palace was phenomenal. From arriving to the hotel on a boat to the incredible rooms and the exceptional staff (Madhav and Kunal), the experience was great! Highly recommend the dinner (book in advance) and watching their traditional rajasthani dance ritual

We stayed at Leela for three nights on Feb 16th. We were upgraded to a suite and it was a marvelous and expansive accommodation. The entire experience with staff, dining, and entertainment was great. The courtesy and luxury offered by the staff and hotel establishment is tremendous snd appreciated. Some specific names of individuals who we interfaced with and received personal attention are Aditya, Amit, Sanjay, Simran, and Pragya. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Divyansh at the gymnasium provided a high level of service from the minute I walked in for my workout. He was ready with needed equipment, a towel, and cold water and even offered an after-workout stretch when I finished. The hotel is lovely and everyone is interested in ensuring a pleasant stay.
