Not good experience More hype then value for money.Staff working give you vacant look.Most of staff will not greet you when strolling in garden and while some definitely meet you smilingly.Towels in rooms are not of good qualities.Many of switches needs rpacement.In bathrooms even body lotions are not provided which are available in most of 5 star hotels

We stayed here two nights as a part of our tour and couldn’t be any happier. The history, beauty, and the attention of detail of this building is just spectacular. The food was fantastic, drinks tasty and unique, and last, but at least, the warmth and welcoming nature of the staff made this a stay to remember!

Our stay at the Taj Lake Palace was absolutely stellar! The warmth in the hospitality just took the beauty of the property to new heights! Everyone was extremely warm and took such amazing care of us - making each experience memorable from the time we got here, to every meal, conversation and through the organized activities! Our special appreciation and gratitude for Harsh who took care of us from the moment we arrived, and to all the amazing people who made our meals at Jharokha and Neel Kamal so very special (Vaibhav, Yuvraj, Pradeep and many more 😊) We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels in India. The care and attention shown by the staff was outstanding. The rooms and beautiful and the housekeeping staff are excellent. Special mention to Tanuja from the Jharokha restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. We follow a dairy-free diet, and Tanuja made sure we had plenty of great options to choose from. Her warmth and caring nature made our meals even more special. We also had amazing service from Kaushik during breakfast, and the chefs, Ajay Kumar, Anop Singh, and Muskaan, for the incredible food they made and for catering to our dietary needs so thoughtfully.

We had a two-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Our visit was punctuated with special moments that will stay in memory. Kunal was especially keen to make our stay the best, but all staff in the restaurants, front desk, bars etc were very good. Range of restaurants to satisfy international and Indian tastes, food presentation very good and always hot.
