A true royal experience
The Lake Palace felt special the moment we arrived in Udaipur . Welcomed by a driver and the beautiful boat ride to the palace . Harsh was amazing with our initial checkin and arranging everything from sunset boat cruises, afternoon tea , to beautiful dinners . The whole team were so helpful and kind . The room was beautiful as was the whole hotel and the food incredible. All the special touches from the music to the afternoon treats and parting gift . We travel a lot but I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience I have ever had , thank you so much

Fairytale
We had a marveless experience in this unique hotel. Its position in the middle of a lake is like a fairytale. Everybody was very friendly and serviceable. Also both restaurants serve great food. We also had a boat trip round the “island” that was very nice, overlooking the sunset

The overall experience is just too gud.. no words to describe their hospitality.. we were upgraded to the Queen’s suite room..as we’re celebrating my husband’s 50 th bday.. I can say they left no stone unturned to make it royal and the most memorable.. they even had a small celebration arranged for us.. Jain food was specifically taken care of..

A wonderful vacation in a island palace
Beautiful hotel in middle of lake with amazing scenery. The staff welcomed us with Indian musicians and dancers, falling rose petals and a flower garland. All employees were friendly and helpful. They made our stay so comfortable it was hard to leave. Delicious breakfast buffet with classical Indian as well as western cuisine. Lots of fresh fruits. The bed and pillows were perfect for a restful sleep. The jetty to and from the hotel and the town was convenient

Experience royalty
From the moment we stepped off the boat we felt like we had stepped into another world. A world of luxury and comfort where all your needs are met. The Palace Hotel is a breathtakingly beautiful historic palace with wonderful views all around of Udaipur city palace and the Monsoon Palace perched on a distant hill. The rooms are spacious and meticulously decorated in a style fit for royalty. There are two excellent restaurants on site and a very lovely bar area to relax with drinks and snacks while gazing out at the surrounding beauty. In the evenings there is exciting cultural entertainment in the form of music and dancing. There is a boat available 24 hours a day to ferry guest to and from the mainland. Staying here is an experience one will never forget.
