Best hotel group in India
Fantastic lakeside location and well deserved excellent reputation in all respects.....excellent dining, excellent rooms and exceptionally friendly members of staff. The beautiful extensive grounds were extremely well kept. A great choice for anyone wishing to visit Udaipur.

Oberoi magic
One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at and I genuinely felt pampered and valued. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the vast garden beautifully kept. I highly recommend staying here.

Bad Meat Leaves A Sour Taste
I love this hotel. The position is so romantic, overlooking a large lake. The architecture is magical, the rooms pretty. I have stayed here twice before , the last time about ten years ago and each time it was magical. Not this time. There were so many issues, primarily with staff and lack of training. It started with housekeeping entering the room without knocking, rather embarrassing! Transit boats not turning up, sloppy service in restaurants but the final straw that broke the camels back, rancid meat being served at dinner. The smell was so bad that it was impossible to mistake for anything other than seriously off meat. How any kitchen could cook it and send it out is beyond me but more seriously it could have resulted in serious food poisoning. The management were deeply apologetic and bent over backwards to rectify the situation but it was a very serious incident, which should never of happened. Ultimately there are serious staff tracing issues in all departments at this once fantastic property.

The real gem of Udaipur
A sensational stay! My mum and I enjoyed a lovely getaway at this stunning stay! From the food, to the service everything was beyond our expectations! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and made sure to make our stay a dream! Thank you

Very good hotel everyone will visit one time in life most premium experience you will get in this hotel big swimming pools are there there food quality is also very good and they are very helpful to visitors they dont feel us that we are away from our house
