This is a very nice resort, but be warned, the spa is just a series of swimming pools at different temperatures. There is no dry sauna, and the wet saunas are dark with no light in them at all. If you are not coming for the spa experience, or you see a spa as just a warm pool, you will love this place, but if you are coming for a spa experience with saunas and relaxing rooms, lthis does not provide either..

Come for the architecture and the therme but everything about the place is so well done. An escape like no other.

Bad all the way through: you pay 1000 for a weekend but you need to pay extra for a fried egg at breakfast, a drink costs you 22 CHF, you cannot bring the mobile phone to the SPA, you cannot keep your stuff at a pool chair, you cannot fully darken the room, rooms are small, the reception lady asks you if they can bring the car later because the guy that brings it is in a break, service is rude and pushy when bringing new food to the buffet. You are basically ripped off here so don't come.
