Will always choose this hotel
Impeccable service from all staff. They really know how to make you feel at home when you’re away from home. Do try the burger ‘cause they said it’s the best in Vancouver and it absolutely is. Great location could get over to Granville with a quick Uber and then the aqua bus perfect site for being downtown close to everything.

Charming Boutique Hotel
This hotel is very conveniently located for walking all around Vancouver. The lobby is charming and the front desk staff professional and lovely. The room was comfortable. Our only complaint was a very unfortunate interaction with an extremely rude server in the attached restaurant Alouette. The front desk handled it brilliantly but disappointing all the same.

They made my proposal spectacular
Showed up with my girlfriend, left with my fiancée. After checking in I spoke with the concierge and let them know I was planning to propose that night. They were very accommodating and after a lovely dinner at the adjoining restaurant, had champagne and chocolates waiting for us in our room. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay, will stay again in the future.

Lovely hotel
We really loved this hotel. It was quiet and cozy and beautiful throughout and staffs were efficient and kind. Only downside was the old heater that made such loud noise that it was enough to disturb our sleep during the night. We will stay at this hotel again in the future but definitely will be back for warmer spring time so that we don't have to run either AC nor heater during our sleep. Other than that absolutely perfect stay.
