I would definitely stay there again
Everything was great! The people were friendly, the rooms had a lot of space, and the breakfast was delicious! It’s definitely a good deal to get the breakfast vouchers for $13 per person, as the individual breakfast items are more expensive than that, so you save money!

Great stay in downtown Vancouver
Really cool hotel with a great location right in the heart of downtown. The hotel itself is stylish and has a warm, elegant feel. The lobby and rooms have a classic, upscale design that makes the space feel inviting. My room was surprisingly large for a downtown hotel, with plenty of space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. They made sure I had everything I needed and offered great recommendations for things to do nearby.

A weekend getaway
We always have the best time staying here.All the staff are so friendly and courteous. The area is in a great location in downtown Vancouver close to sporting events Restaurants are all around the property.The hotel restaurant is also extremely good food is so good!

Outstanding Hotel
This hotel is an amazing gem in downtown Vancouver. My girlfriend and I just had another beautiful stay at this plush hotel. As soon as you pull up, the doorman is right there to help you with everything. You walk into a stunning lobby, richly decorated in a European decor. Check-in is smooth and your luggage appears on a cart with a very helpful person to take it to your room. On opening the room door we are always stunned on how beautifully decorated each room has been. we feel luxury everywhere. All of the employee's are impeccably trained, friendly and can fulfill any requests. If you want a real treat, stay here. Other hotels have lost this form of pampering. We have been staying here for close to 20 years and their level of luxury has never changed.
