This was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is great and the views are amazing. The room was fine. The mattress and pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable. Also, the TV remote had no batteries and there was an old wrapper left in our bathtub from the previous guest, so I would say housekeeping is not top-notch. The worst part was of my visit was the elevators. The elevators were terrible! They kept stopping and malfunctioning. The key cards wouldn't read for many people on the elevator when they tried to use them to get to their floor. Once, there was a loud scraping noise when we were on the elevator, and another time the elevator stopped for a few minutes and the doors wouldn't open. Another time, all the floor buttons that had been pressed turned off randomly, and we all had to try to get our room keys to press them again. One lady said that she was stuck on the elevator with her child on their way back from the pool and he was shivering cold. Another issue I had was at the breakfast buffet. The waiter just grabbed my plate to take it away when she gave us the bill. I was still eating, like I was actually in mid-bite! She didn't even ask first! It was not like we were overstaying our dining experience. We were only there for 20 minutes. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice and overlook the harbour, but I found there were not enough chairs poolside for people to sit. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on the elevators and uncomfortable beds.

Treated myself & had water views. This is a lovely hotel with spacious room & great location. Very near Hullo ferry that I had tocatch. Used Utopia Spa too & had great salt scrub with Cecelia. Breakfast is delicious & had $50 food voucher. Staying here again in few days & can't wait

When checking in a very helpful and kind front desk employee named Benjamin gave my colleague and I each a free upgrade. He also provided helpful restaurant recommendations. My room view was spectacular. The bed and bedding was really comfortable. I have no complaints at all. The room seemed soundproofed very well from hearing other guests in the hotel. The planes outside could be loud but that’s beyond their control and something you obviously put up with for that view. I loved my experience and I would certainly book here again.

Amazing staff service was very good. I had a amazing experience. This time Swati was very good . I really appreciated how they respected my privacy while still being available. Whatever I needed assistance. It’s clear that they work hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for guest. Thank you so much for everything .🫶🏻

The coffee bar in the room was the most amazing experience. I drink nespresso every day so that was a great treat for me in the room. I had a good view of the shipping yards and the helicopter pad. The rooms were super clean and never a hair out of place. The cleaning crew was perfect in putting everything back to where I had thrown it. LoL The crew at the valet/conseige were absolutely the best we have ever dealt with. They knew where to send us, how to go about, where was the best, and always ready to chat when waiting for a cab. The best valet guy was Ike. I hope I spelled his name right. He went out of his way every day to chat, comment on our outfits and have a great day. He kept his eye on our vehicle that we drove out from Ontario in the valet area. LoL We know it was safe and secure. Thank you, Ike for your funny nature and cheering for our Argos. Your the best. The only place we will stay when in B.C. would be Pan Pacific. Cheers
