A REAL gem
A real gem It's the place where dreams come true. Maybe this is heaven: If you are looking for to meet Ernest Hemingway and Oscar Wilde all in one then you are coming to the right place. If you come from near or from far you are a friend. It is like as if you dipped yourselves in magic waters. The memories will be so thick they'll have to brush them away from your big smiling face. We totally loved our stay. It was way too short and we will come definitely again. This is the BEST that you can find in all of Vancouver - It was all absolutely the best! Enjoy your stay!

Would not recommend due to billing issues.
Disappointed with stay. We booked due to the convenient location to the cruise port. Would not recommend to US travelers due to issues with billing. Our final bill was 633 CAD and we were charged $609 USD. Based on the conversion rate at the time of our stay we should have been charged ~$466. I explained upon checkout that the charge was incorrect and was told it would be adjusted. I have reached out since that time to accounting and was told they are unable to correct the incorrect charge since the exchange rate is determined by their credit card processor.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel. We checked in and were given excellent service from Benjamin, he was so nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Benjamin even offered us a room upgrade which was very much appreciated and totally unexpected. Thank you Benjamin! The doormen were very helpful answering questions. They helped us with parking advice and even found me a chocolate bar in the wee hours of the morning when I was hungry. Our room was extremely nice with a wonderful view from the 18th floor. The interior common spaces of the hotel are magnificent. We definitely look forward to returning to the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Excellent service from housekeeping
