Great location, beautiful views however felt outdated.
Visited for 1 night stay with my partner while visiting Vancouver. It goes without saying that the Pan Pacific brand is already high quality and we enjoyed our stay. I was pleased to be given an upgrade to a panoramic view with my GHA membership. Check in was efficient and early check in was appreciated. The room itself had a truly amazing view over the harbour and you could just sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was tasty and buffet style. However, when compared to a previous stay in London this hotel felt outdated and in need of a refurbishment in comparison. The room was outdated in style and there was some wear and tear, particularly the bathroom with shower curtain, instead of glass screen. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and I would stay again in future.

Fairmont Gold Experience at the Pan Pacific
An absolutely fabulous stay in one of the newly renovated Fairmont Gold rooms. Dyson hair dryer, automatic shades, turndown service. Wonderful view and food in the Gold Lounge. Great interactions with every service team member. We were pampered and felt so spoiled. Highly recommended!

Outstanding House-keeping staff!
Easy check-in and room with 180 degree view of the Harbor, snow-capped North Shore mountains, and North Vancouver. Only negative was the main restaurant was closed although there was limited food service in the bar. Very nice high-end shops and courtious staff. What made this visit memorable was the house keeping staff. While unpacking at home I realized I had left a pair of pants hanging in the closet. I quickly called House-keeping and spoke with the manager who told me my pants had been found in my room after checkout and we're being held in the hotel's Lost and Found. A few days later the pants arrived in good condition here in Seattle.

Lovely stay
This stay was great! The views from our hotel room were stunning. The food was delicious and the pool was lovely if a little crowded. The staff were especially fantastic. Iker and Jose helped us immensely on our stay and were always a friendly face at the valet stand and the restaurant.
