Bringing the flavor of traditional Europe to one of North America's most beautiful cities, The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver, in British Columbia's elegant main metropolis, has perfected the fine art of attention to detail. From the signature river stone massage offered in Le Spa to downtown limousine service and luxuriously appointed accommodations, no need is too small and no request goes unfulfilled. No wonder Fodor's described it as offering the ambience of "an exclusive European guest house."

Top class hotel in a great location within a few minutes walk of Shops Restaurants and Port area .Room was spotlessly clean spacious and most comfortable . From the moment we arrived staff were brilliant and most helpful at all times . We would have no hesitation in staying here again .

Stayed in the apartments of Le Grand Residence, home away from home, everything was great and comfortable. It's a shame the breakfast for the apartment guests was discontinued as this was a highlight in previous visits but the staff in the hotel restaurant were fantastic and the food amazing. Special thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff and of course the best concierge team in the world.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen area and separate living room. The hotel was really comfortable and spacious with great views of the city and in walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The hop on hop off bus stop is right outside. I used the pool one day and it was really relaxing.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year. Location is great. Check in is always slow. Room never is ready before check in time. I found check in person not great - asked me if I was planning to go to the pool. That should just be automatic, like she didn’t want to give it to me unless I specifically asked for it. I’m dressed casually and look like young Asian woman so I do get discriminated upon - not sure why but usually from other women. I travel for work across Canada and have found it’s worse in Vancouver. I sing want to have to wear my business suit to check in. Room is fine. I hate that the fridge is full and you can’t stir things though I found it from colleague you can order a fridge and microwave. The room is nice otherwise but can be busy if facing Robson. The gym really needs to be updated. It’s very busy in there. The free weights looks like they came from a sad garage sale. They don’t even have 10 lb weights and so old and battered. Can’t even tell what weight some is then are as it’s missing. Lots of other hotels in cancer with better facilities. Toilets are also very bare bones.

We found the accommodation of a very high standard. Very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfasts were amazing with the selection of fruits and hot food and pastries. The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. Had some cocktails due to the weather and not being able to get outside. The choice on the menus was superb and we asked for one that was not on the menu and this was easily accommodated. The one downfall for us was checking in and out - we found this process painfully slow and were in line for ages!! The location is literally less than a block from the main cbd and directly over the road from great eating establishments.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sutton Place Vancouver. The suite was very nice and the staff very professional. Spa treatments were very good. Afternoon tea, which was included in the package, was wonderful. Although we typically do not eat at hotel restaurants, the package included dinner and it too was excellent. It doesn’t get much better than Sutton Place.
